[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — refund not processed | |||
Hi, I have raised a refund request sc_01133574 It is been more than 4 weeks, still it is not yet been processed. This for bescom works which happened in the apartment and all the house owners has to pay an amount. I have asked nestaway to pay this behalf of the owner. But they told me to pay it and promised me that it will be adjusted in next month's rent. I have paid the amount to apartment secretary and gave his number to validate the transaction. Nestaway confirmed it also for about 4-5 times. Also i have sent a handwritten acknowledgement from the secretary. Now nestaway is asking me for a receipt with letterhead and seal stamp. This apartment association is not a registered and licensed entity since it is a very small apartment. So it is not possible to get those kind of receipts. First it is not my concern to pay all these expenses, it is the owner's and nestaway's responsibility. I want this refund request to be processed. Kindly action. Was this information helpful? | |||
