Hi syed tousif, First of all, do not close the ticket, it is not solved. I want to emphasis again and recall the discussions which we had earlier around 10 times. Let me explain my case again here. Here below i have given my final settlement statement (. I. E. Screen shot) which i received from netsaway. For your reference i have attached the final settlement as pdf file in this mail too. Let me explain the issue, in the below screen shot, i have marked in red color those are wrong transactions. Let me explain one by one Security deposit: as i told you multiple times, i have paid advance amount rs 60, 000/-, but simply you considering only rs 43522.-/, where is the rest of the amount rs 16, 478/-?. While our discussion, you was telling that i did not pay one month rent, so it is was detected, but on that time itself i clearly told that i paid all months rents without fail, i asked you to recheck your office record. Finally you accepted my point, because i have paid the rent two times in one month, it is recorded and i have bank statement on this. Initially you accepted, again you are raising question on this same meaninglessly. Why, i did not understand, what proof you want from me on this. Please explain and suggest me further. So the amount rs 16, 478/-has to pay to me, please do the needful things on this at the earlier Notice period charges : already i have given proper notice period through calling your call center team multiple times, it is recorded and i have proof on this. Because your company website was not working on those days and i could not submit vacation request, so i called your call center team and created the move out request. Your call center guys also confirmed that there would not be any notice period charges in my move out request. But still the notice period charges rs 3189/- has been taken from my advance amount. You also accepted this point in our meeting, so the amount rs 3189/- has to revoke and pay to me, please do the needful things on this at the earlier Electricity charges : it is a simple things, i shown the proof that i had paid the electricity charges as per latest charges, attached the paid receipts in this mail too but, from netaway rs 1000/- has been changed & taken from my advance amount, it is not genuine. So the amount rs 1000/- has to revoke & pay to me, please do the needful things on this at the earlier See, i am very tired as this issue going on around 4 months, i also met you at your office & discussed with you multiple times, even i called your office call center teams multiple time & explained to them the same points, still i did not see solutions on this. Seems it is showing you & your company's irresponsiveness and not genuine in handling issue, i request you, please do not play with people money, definitely it will reflect & affect your business. I am looking for fast action & solution on this from you and your company, please do the needful at the earliest. If i did not receive any genuine response/action from your end, i need to go police, govt or judiciary's help, there is not other way for me.
