Nestaway Technologies — Security Deposit is pending

I was a tenant of nestaway. I have vacated the flat on 30th November 2020. They were supposed to return the security deposit within a week but its been 11 months and still I have not received my deposit of Rs 66000 back.

They make false allegations on the owner that he has not returned the deposit whereas owner is saying the deposit is pending with Nestaway.

I had also raised ticket on nestaway portal on 22nd january 2021.

I have also tried to reach out to them through various modes of communication like emails and calls but got no response from their side.

I would request to impose case of mental harassment on them and late deposit payment should also be applicable on them as mentioned on nestaway portal.
