Nestaway Technologies — Threatening to vacate while their app isn't accepting my change of number! | |||||
This is such a useless startup that I can go on writing and the crap on their app is just endless! 1) I shift in 2016 November, at first the sun moon and earth are promised. I struggle to change my number on the app because I had already registered my old number and did not remember the password while booking the house. Somehow because it was a lonely area and no girls were moving in the area managers managed to enable my account. So the payment went through! 2) Once I move in I realize that the watchman is a thug, the house doesn't have a common lock and whats even more wonderful is that the cupboards cannot be locked! SO MUCH FOR THE BS ADVERTISING! Now imagine working in a day shift and waking up everyday at 3 AM to open doors for a flatmate who comes back from her night shift! MORE USELESS STORIES ARE GIVEN TO US! 3) I make a complaint to the call center/area manager one day about how another flat above us is noisy and if things do not calm down at 3 am I will call the police! The manager slams my phone saying its none of his business, the call center hangs up on me! With a We will get back in touch kindly provide details mail from their social media! USELESS because this time the area manager never tends to my requests but is busy tending to the rest of the flatmates! SO MUCH FOR KNOWING YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES!! 4) It's been two months, the app that says you can make payments online doesn't allow me to change my old phone number where I get the OTP! I haven't been able to pay thanks to the damn app and I am treated as if I am running away from my responsibility. When I tell the guy that it's three months rent that I need to pay including this month's as well kindly enable online payment as I will pay by credit card, he threatens me to vacate the place! All this while I decide how on earth I need to pay because they have enabled online payments! If they expect useless tickets to be raised online which they dont follow up why bark in advertisement? USE THE SAME MONEY AND LIVE UP TO YOUR APP THAN ADVERTISE! STARTUP BS: We are easy and we are nice! But think about service we will not do twice! THE MOST USELESS SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED TILL DATE! And they have IIM founders with backing of some great VC's! I think it is worse than HOUSING - MY TEN CENTS ON THIS STUPID SERVICE! Was this information helpful? | |||||
