[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — unprofessional behaviour and cancelling request with action | |||
I have taken an internal transfer after completing 6 months with nestaway to another house for which i had to pay 2000rs. As onboarding charges to nestaway along with rent and deposit amount difference. First of all, they have a policy if you complete 6 months then there will no charges if you move out from a property, though i have taken internal transfer i have paid them 2000rs. As onboarding charges which they assure that in this amount they will cover up the cost of making new rent agreement, stamp duty charges, police verification and any service request which tenant will raise within 7 days. And i have raised 14 service requests within 2 days of my move-in to new property as the condition of house is not good, everything either needs to be replaced or repaired. They have cancelled one service request that was regarding painting of the wall as it was very dirty and full of stains by saying that they will not provide this service. Then coming to next they assign vendors for the job who are unprofessional and talk in rude behaviour, they come to the door of apartment and shout at you like you've done something wrong by raising a service request. And one major concern which with i cannot compromise which is a replacement of mattress (Sc_[protected], i got a severe back pain with an old mattress and i am requesting from last 2 days to please provide then they are saying we are working on it and will take 3-5 days, please explain buying a mattress from market and making it deliver to customer address takes how much time? Are we living in 21st century? Do things take this much time to resolve. If you want a prescription from a doctor that a person has got serious backbone pain issue then if you're ready to provide then i will give you my medical reports as well for that. But please don't harass tenants and stop making unnecessary money from us, atleast in return provide service. Being living in a same room i am paying 500 bucks more rent than my roommate which is completely unfair same room same house but we both are charged different amount. So then, ethically if i raise a request that should be addressed immediately because i am paying more as well as i have paid "so called onboarding charges" too.
