My account has been inactive frim 26th december . I have paid my bill on early morning 27th december 07.00 am . But my account was inactive for whole day, by which i have to suffer in my job and work . I have to suffer with my online classes .
Complaint so many times in customer care ..they told me to wait from 27th december for 2 hours ... i have called them again at 6 pm they told me to wait for 2 hours again .. i called them again at 8pm they repeat same thing . I have called them next day 28th December they told me to wait for 10.30 am
After 10.30 they close my complaint and start my net . But now at 29th December at 02.00 am they again inactive my account .
I have called them again .they have the same issue that your payment is not done
I have mailed them my transaction id with screenshot ..
Please do something as it is really harassment for me .. mental harassment and pathetic customer service.
Please sir/mam do something .
