I am a Netplus broadband customer, and I have been experiencing continuous internet signal and connectivity issues for the past several days.
Despite registering multiple complaints with customer care, no engineer has visited my location, and the issue remains unresolved. I have contacted customer support many times through calls and complaints, but proper technical support has not been provided.
Due to poor internet service, my office work, daily activities, and my family are getting badly affected. I also have two small children at home who are facing problems because the internet connection is not working properly.
I am regularly paying for the broadband service, but the company has failed to provide proper service and customer support. This behaviour is causing mental stress, inconvenience, and service interruption.
I request that the concerned department kindly take strict action and direct the company to resolve the issue immediately by providing proper technical support and stable internet service.
