Netplus Broadband — Inactive account

My account number is [protected] and I have already made payment of the bill
My transaction to indiaideas UPI reference number is[protected] but my services are being shown as inactive. Copy of payment acknowledgement was also provided to the company.
I was advised by the local service provider to contact the head office Ludhiana Punjab as they are helpless.
I made a call to the customers care center Ludhiana but it was advised to email the issue. Accordingly I mailed the issue but my efforts are of no use as no one is willing to help and resolve the issue. My services are still not restored.
