Netplus Broadband — money deducted from bank but recharge failed - customer care not responding | |||
Hi, I made a payment of 590 rupees using billdesk on 25th october for recharge of my account. The amount was deducted from my bank but recharge was not successful. I called customer care 4 times but no one helped. They said i need to contact local dealer. I tried calling local dealer but his phone is coming switch off for 3 days and office is closed. And i don’t think local dealer will help in online system. Customer care should be aware of all the transactions. I have confirmed with bank as as well billdesk gateway. Both confirmed that payment is sent to netplus. I am unable to use internet for days. Very poor service from netplus. Such kind of services forces customer to switch to major providers like airtel, jio etc. Also sent 2 emails with payment screen shot but no response. Can you please help?
