I am a Netplus Broadband customer from Punjab. My Net+ Roaming (hotspot) service is not working since many weeks. I have raised multiple complaints but Netplus is repeatedly closing my tickets without resolving the issue
Ticket History: Ticket No. TKT2321663 → Closed with remark “WORKING FINE CUSTOMER NOT SHARE OTP”
→ I never received any call or OTP from Netplus
Ticket No. TKT2339625 → Closed with remark “Soft Close”
→ Again no call, no OTP, no resolution
I have already escalated to: Nodal Officer Punjab (nodal.[protected]@netplus.co.in) – No response
Appellate Authority (appellate.[protected]@netplus.co.in) – Still no resolution
My Net+ Roaming is still not connecting anywhere outside home. I am unable to use the service I am paying for. Netplus is deliberately closing tickets without fixing the issue to show fake resolution in their reports.I request immediate activation of Net+ Roaming and proper resolution instead of fake closures. If not resolved within 48 hours, I will be forced to approach TRAI TCCMS, CPGRAMS and Consumer Court.Please help.
