I am writing this complaint regarding my Netplus Broadband connection. I have already completed the recharge/payment for my broadband plan on time from my side, and the payment has been successfully processed. However, even after the successful recharge, I am still not receiving the internet services that are included in my active plan.
Despite making the payment, my broadband connection is either not working properly or the internet services have not been activated on my account. This is causing serious inconvenience in my daily work and online activities.
I have fulfilled my responsibility by recharging the connection successfully, but the service has not been provided from your side. This kind of service interruption after successful payment is unacceptable.
I request the Netplus Broadband support team to immediately check my account, verify the recharge/payment status, restore my internet services without any further delay, and resolve this issue on priority basis.
If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will be forced to escalate the complaint further to higher consumer support authorities.
