Netplus Broadband — Urgent Complaint Regarding Repeated Service Disruptions and Poor Local Operator Support

For a long time now, we have been facing repeated service disruptions. The issue is consistently from the local operator’s end. Frequently, we are told that the cable is cut, while at other times no proper reason is provided. Despite this, the service is eventually restored, which clearly indicates negligence at the local operator’s end.

The major concern is the extremely poor and unprofessional customer service provided by the local operator. Every time there is an issue, he delays the resolution unnecessarily. It takes at least overnight to restore the connection, and in many cases, it extends to multiple days. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when we are paying regularly for uninterrupted internet.
As of today, our internet service has again been down since morning due to the same issue (cable cut). The local operator has not attended to the problem yet and continues to procrastinate, leaving us without connectivity.

This ongoing situation is highly frustrating and unfair to us as paying customers. If this issue is not resolved promptly and permanently, we will be forced to consider switching to another service provider.

I request you to:
Take immediate action to restore our internet service.

Ensure that a competent technician (not the same local operator) is assigned.
1) Investigate the repeated negligence and poor service behavior of the local operator.
2) Provide a permanent solution to avoid such frequent disruptions.
3) Kindly treat this as an urgent matter and ensure immediate resolution.
