i am seriously fed up with netxpress customer service. i have been calling netxpress customer care atleast of 20 times every month regarding speed issue. everytime i got reply as 'we will intimate our technician, he will come rectify the issue' but no one rectified it till now which is lack of commitment to customer and irresponsibility .netxpress people are so responsive only during renewal.later never seriously care about customer.i am posting screenshot of speed in the last 3 months and also the speed that i am receiving now. FYKI, i am using 2mbps plan .atleast do some work to make your customers happy and satisfied instead of only money minded business. if you observe attached screenshot then you will understand how much speed i receiving since april.

    HI All, I got a new connection of 15 mbps unlimited connection of 20 GB limit/Month after which the speed would be 512kbps. I paid an amount of 5212/=. Till now I have never got a speed more than 1.5 Mbps. I have repeatedly called the customer care and the sales guy but to no response. once they will tell it will be fixed within 30 mins but that never happens. I want my money back

      What the hell is with this network. The customer care would not respond and give reckless answers. This utterly useless service. Even If I call the manager no proper response is there from him and many times does not lift the phone. The network constantly drops down. We took a plan of 4Mbps for Rs.1572/- . It gives below 1Mbps. The screen shot attached shows the download speed and upload speed right after recharge. This is humiliating and disgusting.

        I recharged my Net Express internet connection in Chennai for one month. It stopped working after one week. The customer care gave false assurances multiple times but they never fixed it. My subscription is expired now. Please avoid this fraudulent ISP.

          I have requested for the connection 499/- plan they said 1561/- which includes security and modem charges. I paid through cheque because I am aware of them also read regarding these type of small and fraud people roaming in Sholingnallur area which do fake promises and commitments for services speed and connection. After taking cheque their representative named Ram phnno [protected] has not replied at all for modem installation and connection. When I called them in office they said they have given the connection.But reality is they have given connection but without modem. I just got cheated. Thank god I paid through cheque which i asked my bank to stop that payment. Guys be aware of this types of charlatan.near Sholingnallur Chennai. Really feeling relieved after cancelling the cheque payment.

            For past 10 days, the broadband connection is not working properly. I tried to call customer care (No.[protected], but they didnt pick the call for 5 days. In 6th day, they picked and told that they will resolve the problem within a day. but 2 days gone. No reply from customer care. They are not giving proper response to customer. Tried to contact technician, they also not giving proper response. I lost almost 100 rupee by talking them daily 5-6 times. Night time, they reducing my 2 Mbps broadband speed to less than 1 Mbps. Due to broadband connection problem, I was not able to prepare for Interview and lost one interview. Please help

              I recently moved to Velachery, AGS Colony. In my new Apartment there was a joint decision to get the Centrex service for phones and broadband service. We were approached by many including the fraudulent company "NetExpress". Finally after much deliberation we decided to settle on a reputed ISP but we were informed that will take few months to get it all installed in our premises. The reason the NetExpress was rejected was they were not able to provide any proper documentation for their service or licence even; they don't even have a website. Until the Centrex was setup and due to feasibility issue many opted for NetExpress as a temporary solution including me. I was approached by the sales person Ravi making his false claim about how good the service is, so I opted for a 1Mbps plan just to see how good their service is. I was charged around Rs 1, 500/- for modem, installation, and first months rental. I was promised that I will receive a call from the Technical Team and the service will be activated immediately the next day. No one contacted for the next two days, I called the Sales person Ravi; his number was unanswered for a day. When he answered my call the next day I reminded him of the service activation. He then managed to finally send a untrained group of people to install the cable. They just brought in the cable through the conduit provided for the AC copper wire and laid the wire in the middle of the bedroom across the entire length of the room. When I told them not to do it that way, the installation guy said now he doesn't have proper tools for making proper connection so he will come the next day to make the cable more organized. I trusted him and let him go. Next day again making several calls to the sales person he finally managed to send a Technical guy who obviously had no clue what he is doing and was on call with his seniors all the time asking for guidance. Finally after he managed to get the connection, I reminded him to correct the lengthy cable running across the floor. He said he will send the installation guy after he leaves. They never came even after constant reminders for weeks that followed. The Internet connection was good actually for a week, then came constant disconnections and many hours o[censored]navailability of Internet per day. After many phone calls they managed to fix it after a week. It was working better for the rest of the month. After about three weeks I was furious about cable which was on the floor. I called the customer care number which they never answer, To my luck I finally managed to get in contact with the area in-charge Anand. He came two days later and apologized for every trouble caused and fixed the cable issue. His words were so convincing and gave me his number to contact him if I run into any problem in the future. I was happy with that response. Then came the month two, I got a call from NetExpress customer care to recharge my account to continue to use their service. I decided to upgrade to 2Mbps (Rs 1, 010/month). Afer receiving the payment and after my current subscription got expired the Internet went down. I was waiting for them to update the service which never happened. At around 8PM I called the customer care and reminded to recharge my service. After the Internet was working as normal with speed upto 240kbps but with frequent disconnections and down time for hours in a day. Then came the worst part around 28th April 2014 my Internet speed dropped from 240kbps to barely 10kbps. The video streaming was worst and the downloads timed out. After many calls to Anand he managed to sent the same guy who came in for the getting my connection up on day one of the service. The attitude of that guy was bigger than him. He seems to think the customers are always wrong and NetExpress is always right. He did some mumbo jumbo but nothing was fixed he left without any clue what he had done but promptly told me he would update me on the status of the issue, which he never did until now. Then again after repeated calls to unanswered customer care numbers and to Anand's number; finally he answered the call but he accidentally forgot about me. I had to give him long intro about me to buf[censored]p his memory. He then promised to fix the bandwidth issue as early as possible but nothing was done so far. Now again my calls are going unanswered with no reply from whomsoever. I paid for 2Mbps but the speed is like a 64Kbps subscription now. MY VERDICT IS, THIS NETEXPRESS BROADBAND SERIVCE IS A FRAUD TO THE CORE. JUST LIKE ME YOU MIGHT GET ATTRACTED FOR THE PRICE BUT FOR THAT CHEAP PRICE YOU'LL GET NOTHING BUT DISAPOINTMENT AND CONSTANT IRRITATION THE WAY THEY ANSWER YOUR QUERIES. I will be disconnecting their service after this month, Stay away from these frauds if possible. By the way the issue I mentioned not only affected me but my entire Apartment complex. Still frauds at NetExpress claim their service has no issues. What a bunch of low life leaches.

                Hi, we paid for a connection like some 3 months back. they told like the connection is available in our area and will be given as soon as the amount is paid, but then after 1 month they came up with a story like there was no wiring till our house and it will take 1 month to extend the connection. but then they told like its taking time so they will refund the amount. its been a month since they told they will be refunding the amount. even they not attending the calls. COuld you please let us know how to proceed.

                  I have NetExpress broadband. The internet was not working for the last 20 days. Called more than 100 times, no one pick up the call. Got a call from their customer service yesterday and they asked me to renew the subscription!!! I told them that we were without the service for about 20 day, so refund the money back with the deposit. They disconnected the call.
                  Net Express Broadband customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Haha ... Welcome to the world of quality service by net express.

                  After no or poor service for three months they called me also to renew. When I did not renew and got an alternate service provider, they have now started calling me to return the modem ... Cannot believe what the hell they are doing ...

                    Hi, I reside in Velachery are and have been using internet connection through service provider Net Express. However, for the past few weeks it's been observed that the net fails to connect after 10 pm. Have tried calling their customer care number ([protected] / [protected]), but calls are not at all answered. From the time of installation and till date have been facing issues with the service provider. And the service provided by them by far below par. Could you please find a solution for this.                       Hi,

                      Beware you wont fall in there trap ,as I did. I have taken Net express connection from Logeshwaran who claims to be sales representative of it. I paid him 4500 rs instantly for prepaid connection in advance for 3 month. Now it has been more than 20 days i dont have connection worst customer care they dont know anything . If you call them them they will give false assurance, some how I managed to get number of its manager Venket he too have given false assurance that it will be fixed in 2-3 days.
                      All in all it has been more than 20 days I paid them 4500 bugs they are fooling around.
                      I am literally frustrated dont know how to get my money back..
                      Guys beware make sure you dont fall in there trap as i did..:(

                        I purchased broadband internet services from the above provider in Shollinganallur, Chennai. Their representatives claimed high internet speed of 8 Mbps and gave contact numbers of Customer care center for any problems. They took advance money for 3 months. It worked fine for 15 days but since then it has not been working. Repeated calls to Customer care center are not picked up. Even when they pick up they ask login id details and no one ever visits or calls to check if problem is resolved. The manager who gave their numbers do not pick up the phone. Not sure what I can do to get my money back.

                        when I had a problem no one picked up the phones ... I even went to their office personally hoping to get some resolution without luck.

                        Now when I have chosen to go with another service provider after 3 months of pathetic service they have remembered me and are calling to get the modem back.

                        Agreed they have the worst service around. My neighbor was getting a connection from these guys, i chanced upon them and made a bried enquiry, and the next day they sent a person, got a cheque from me towards the downpayment.. the funny part was he said he'll come at 4 in the evening.. i had some place else to go... when i called him at 4 he said he'll be there in 10 min... at 5 he tells me he was stuck at another customer's place and will be there on 10 min, prob i shud have realised wat i was getting into and left.. but as we always do, i ended up waiting for him to show at around 6 o clock.. when i made the enquiry on a friday the 30th august they said i cud get it activated by the 1st of sep. so i ask him when the sales guy is abt to leave when the installation people will come.. he said on the 31st they will get it installed... but activation will be only on the 2nd.. well no one turned up the next day... when i call the sales guy he acts surprised and tells me he'd informed the "other" team, its their job and gives me his number.. so i call him.. that guys says he doesn do sundays, but he can come on a weekday.. i said only sat is convenient for me please come on the next sat the 7th... so on saturday no one comes till 4 i call they say they are on their way... same story next weekend.. 14th.. then on 21st one guy comes and says he will do the cabling, and 22nd the installation people will come... as much as i am surprised how many people have to come to give one connection i put up with it... but then again, they beat their own record... no one comes, i call at 7 finally not able to take it anymore, the concerned person says he will come first thing in the morning at 8.. probably is shud have hit the roof then, but i gritted my teeth and left it at that.. the guy shows up at my door on thu the 25th afternoon 2 o clock and informs me that he is there... even after repeated instructions that only weekend is convenient.. anyways i just tell him to come on 28th sat 4 o clock.. surprise again, when i call them at 3, they say we'll be there in half an hour, its 6 o clock, i call them and give them a piece of my mind, then someone shows up at 7 and he says he'll do the cabling, i said u guys already did, what u need to do is connect a modem, they say they dont have a modem, and they can do it without a modem. well i've just had enough of this , the only good thing out of all this is they havent cashed my cheque, and now i'd rather buy another reliance netconnect with snail speed connection than go for these cable broadband service guys... its just not worth it... its just been so horrifying

                        I'm from velachery, chennai - got this net'express connection from 24th of dec'2013, very first day, the service engineer was struggled for two three hours to connect through the cable modem, every ten minutes it was disconnected, he was unable to resolve that issue, then, finally he said, it is connecting properly & left. from the day one, it is not connecting properly, the sales man one mr. murugandham took Rupees 2183/- for three months package of 1 mbps unlimited plan. as of now, i made several call to him, to the company available at mandavelipakkam, no one has got right answer for my connection. either they are not attending the call or avoiding the customers in all means. this is the worst service ever i faced from Net Express (Micronova) service engineers are not professionals, don't know abc of trouble shooting issues. My suggestion and sincere advise is who ever looking for this company broadband connection, kindly IGNORE them. Don't lose your money on this bad service. i ll never recommend to any one.
                        Guys beware. they are useless and pathetic. No one will pick calls or help you resolve your issues. Type net express in google and their site will not pop up at all. I have got cheated. Please do not entertain them at all.

                        That is correct. I am writing this most frustrated with netexpress.

                        I have paid 3500 in advance for three months. They are not giving connection itself I just got cheated. When I call they are not responding and they always giving false assurance within a hour you will get connection like that. The fraud guy name is NETXPRESS Venkatesan he will be raoming in Velacherry around area.
                        No I lost hope. I just want all of you to aware that netxpress is a fraud company. Do not give connection in that. without connection I lost 3500rs.

                        i paid money for 3 months to sales guy named paramasivam in thoraipakkam, he didnt even given internet connection even after month and he blocked my number since i am calling him to repay my money back, today i wil file a complaint on him and service provider in police station
                        I also paid 3 month advance before 15 Days, I am still struggling to take connection or money back.same Guy Venkatesan has taken money from me, Don't know what to do.
                        Worst customer service. The sales guy told me that I would get 1MBps always for upload and download, but the speed is not consistent always. I took 1 week time to get user name and password by calling them more than 20 times. Sometimes it is not connecting and waiting for more than 1Hr and without I just shut down my system. Always we need to give our password to reconnect, but we dont know when we get connected :(.

                        Net Express Services — Site not working

                        I have purchased net express from velachery. This broadband has some issues with the DNS server. As some of the prominent sites like stackoverflow is not working . And Many times DNS is not refreshing so we are getting the Page not found error even for popular sites.
                        I am in velachery Chennai and I am fed up of the netexpress support, customer care is worst and it will work for some time and most of the time its down. Even now net does not work and when working Not even half the speed I get not sure how many calls have to make even called the manager and he give new reasons. Is there any action can be taken on these persons.
                        I used the connection @ Throipakkam for 3 months. Their plans are cheap so is their service and connection. The connection was unreliable. Sometimes, it will simply connect and the speed 100 times less than dial up. The customer service mentioned they were aware of the issue for our area and could not solve it for more than a month. I gave away their modem before 3 months even though I paid for 3 months. I did not want to waste any more time and money by making calls to their customer care. I do not recommend this to any one. If you value your time and money, do not even think of trying this.

                        I'm surprised with most of the comments here, I agree initially I had a tough time making them come and set-up the connection.After the cable was given I had to wait for a week to get my modem, as they claimed the modem was unavailable.My calls were ignored(!).Finally a guy approached and setup the connection.Till this day its working fine for me, manual login is a pain, but no frequent disconnections as you say.Got good speed too.

                        Thank you veryyyyy much guys. I am from velachery and i saw their sticks on walls and lamp posts. Last 3 days I am thinking to buy 1Mbps connection. But now I go with ACT which is using in our office. I never find and drop connection and slow connection. Here we have 50Mbps connection and in speed test Results are Download: 49Mbps, Upload: 52Mbps. Wonderful speed I feel. I download a 1GB file in 1 minute. I just amazed. I go with ACT. I too recommend you guys.
                        Got the connection after 40 days after paying the money, worked fine for the first day...that it...Internet wont come., Service people wont lift the phone, the worst net i have ever seen. People who want to waste money can take this internet connection.
                        Been suffering with Net Express for almost 3 months now... First there were hassles in getting the connection installed in time. Add to that the always unreachable service. Customer care will never receive your calls. All phones are pre-loaded with a caller tune stating "the number you are trying to reach is currently busy". The promised speed is available only in the first month. The only thing that they are prompt at is in taking advance. Advice to one and all...Go for anything but not Net Express... It sucks.

                        My Friendly advice don't get this net xpress connection. Worst network connection i have never seen. Poor Customer service. U will not get proper response from customer care and netxpress staffs. Saturday & sunday u will get 512kbps speed intenet .Note Its a max speed. Sometime weekdays also same things happening. Connection will get lost everyday nit. i[censored]r paying money for 30 days, u can connect only 10 to 13 days . TOTALLY MONEY WASTE.

I took 2mbps plan paid 2071 for the connection.. I paid 2000 as advance but by the next day the executive came home to ask the balance 71rs to activate the service.. From the first day the connection is worst.. They will give 2mbps for both upload and download. But you can't able to watch youtube videos even in 240p, you need to sit a whole day to watch one video. If you call customer care for service no one will reply you properly.. The person who give you Login ID and password and he doesnt know anything about server and other technical issues but he is called as technician. My advice please dont bury your head by purchasing netxpress.. Buy anyother valuable broadplan

                        it hasnt been 5 days getting dis connection at shollinganallur, frm 3 days i m not getting services wen we call to the custemer care they will say dat probem has been solved check ur settings in laptop... really ufair todo like this
                        Crooks, conmen, once u hand over the money u can forget about any kind of service or response, end of story . When i contacted one of these scum (his name is prem ) he said he would install all the hardware(modem, wires etc) (LIE #1)and then collect 2200 for 3 months, without properly enquiring about this organization, i hastily made the decision to get a connection from them . when he reached my house he immediately gave me a bill for the amount collected the cash and tried to leave without fixing the hardware, (i was shocked, he had promised that the hardware would be installed on the spot), i stopped him and asked about the hardware, he said the "tech team" will do it in 3 to 4 days (LIE #2), (i got suspicious )and then i asked whom i would have to contact to if there was any delay in getting the connection, he said i could call him (LIE #3 my fears were confirmed) .
                        it has been one full week since, no response, doesnt answer if i call from my number, (but answers if called from some other number), everytime he says "one hour sir", "by evening sir", "sir i will call u back ", "i am on my way sir ", i have honestly lost count of the number of lies . People like him who cheat honest hard working people and force them to endure such hardship should not be let off easily, i am thinking about registering a police complaint anybody else willing to join me?

                        i was keep on calling customer care they haven't picked up the call and some one picked up after 20 to 30 calls he is roughly talking and not respecting i shouted at him and asking about the address for cancelling the connection he is happily telling come and cancel i was very much irritated F__________rs cheaters

                        but one of friend is using it after sacrificing all his patience internet 1mbps speed is also slow not up to the mark
                        There is no rating for very bad. I suppose to gie very bad rating to the net express broadband. The reason why i have given bad rating.
                        1: Customer care - Very worst service
                        2: Connectivity problem - Very poor
                        3: Frustrating networks.
                        4: No online payment gateway.
                        5: No proper communication channel & Lots of problems please don't go think 100 times before to get this broadband.

The worst connection that i have seen is NetXpress. plz think 100 times before getting this connection, Dont be trapped by the cheapest price. the main issue with this network is frequent disconnection and during sometimes the speed will be very poor. About the customer care, which is very useless to call them for complaining, they wont pickup most of the time and i wont recommend this network any of my frnds.
                        Worst Internet in the world.I take 2mbps plan but am receiving 512kbps in night and i had disconnection problem for atleast 15 days.I'll call the customer care for like 20 times or more. i spend Rs.100 or more for just telling the complaint to them but they are not fixing my problem until today.Am from Chennai.

                        it's a worst and Horrible service. Please don't even Try this. They will never Turn up to help you out. Once connection Provided, they are such careless that they do not even bother to take your calls or respond properly if any problem appears. it might start from very first day.
                        Airtel is a little costly but atleast they provide good service and support.

                        Horrribleeeee experience. Wrote Mail, gave cal, tried everything... Taking a connection form Netxpress means you are calling a Headache for you. its a free gift from Netxpress (Hillarioussssss...)

                        Most of the time net doesn't connect even if call them they don't pick the call and after 3 to 4 days they will come and do something and go it will work for one or two days again same problem.Intial connection itself doesn't connect(Log in page).Please dont ever go for it waste of money.Net express waste express.
                        Very bad service provider. Net Express is a waste network. Customer care executives doesn't know how to handle customers. when you raise a complaint, it will take at least 4 days for them to come and check the issue. Mostly importantly it wont work on weekends. Even if the service isn't available for 10 days in a month, they wont extend the validity.Murali, the manager isnot at all responding to the issues properly.couldnt bare such a lethargic reply.
                        I had been a customer with Netexpress for more than a year and had been facing problems more with the customer care than the Product itself. I had been having break in service for more than a week now without a solution. After not getting support from the local Netexpress technician, I reached out to their customer care service and they said that they would look into this. Technician came in person and said that it is a modem issue and promised to come to service the same next day morning. I had waited till 2:00 PM leaving aside all other work with no response. None of the technicians responded. When I tried the customer care again they say they dont have stock and the existing ones are being used for new connections and I would have to wait for another 3 days for me to get a new modem.

                        It is pathetic that they treat their customers so bad. I had decided to look for a new service provider in my area. Pathetic service and insentitive to customer needs.

                        Netxpress in thiruvanmiyur is given worst service. I have taken connection for three months and net speed is very bad. it usedto get disconnected frequently. No one pics up the call at the customer care. If you call at least ten to fifteen times than only they pick up the call.Out of four months I have got net only one and half month hardly. They are providing worst service. One day Their was no net in my house I have called at least five days, after ten days they have sent one person to check and he found that modem is having problem. Than after that I was keep on calling to them and they just did time pass and they were not having modem. Finally after that I have asked my invoice bill that also they have not given till today I am keep on calling them and getting stupid answers from them. So, finally I have told them to disconnect it. Still waiting to take it out their wire and all, very lazy fellow.

                        One of the WORST internet broadband services in Chennai is NETXPRESS. They are not fit for naming themselves as Broadband service as their customer care number is just a landline number where you cannot reach them for any emergency. Their broadband service generally works for day time and i believe they have some ''switch control' which they might be switching OFF during night hours. It is very had to use the broadband service during night hours and hardly for day time. They are not ready to respond to your query and they will say one standard reason "we will make sure this is not happening next time". God only knows about it.
