New Delhi Railway Station — Naked miscreants activity/ lifting of mobiles etc in rush hours

Sir, i am working in cabinet secretariat under govt of india. On 27.5.2017 around 1700 hours while making entry to the new delhi railway station building through ajmeri gate side to catch my train (Poorba express, 12304) from new delhi to kolkata, i found there was a huge rush of passengers especially at the x-ray point gate which leads to platform no. 16 and two civil volunteers were found to be engaged with whistle to maintain the passengers'line to pass through along with their luggages and in which i was also one of them (Wearing blue denim half shirt and blue jeans with spectale). Seconds before while i was about to put my luggage (A single black coloured bag) on the x-ray belt, i felt somebody gave me a push/nudge from behind or from sides just to distract my attention and i could see a 18/19 years boy (Dark complexion and with check shirt possibly with yellow) ran passed hurridly and quickly gone away through the exit panel side of that xray-point. Though i had observed another fellow (Slightly lean of similar age) just appeared from the behind of one of the civil volunteers when i made my first entry to the iron-gate channel but i did not mind his presence thinking of someone to help the senior-citizen couple who were moving in front of me. When i picked up my bag from the other side of the x-ray machine, i found my vivo v5 20mp moonlight mobile (Space grey coloured/cost rs.18990 bought on 24.1.2017 through e-bay portal) missing from my front shirt pocket. Due to paucity of time, i could not lodge any complaint neither i found any office or personnel of either delhi police or rpf to at least convey the situation outside the x-ray machine arena. What i felt terrible to myself as helpless and also had raised on my mind that those two civil volunteers although might be engaged with the rush but might be aware of these miscreants around the areas very well. Sir i would request you to examine the cctv footage of that hours (Between 1650 to 1715) and i hope the perpetrators (A gang or small group) would be caught and also wish that my vivo v5 would be traced and handed back to me. I was using airtel prepaid number [protected] and received one personal call around 1600/1610 hours while waiting near a red light which was the last call registered with the system and after that incident the mobile gone switched off. I shall be back to delhi on 12.6.2017 from kolkata. With due regards. Subrata kumar lodh

Dear Sir, In continuation of my earlier complaint dated 29.5.2017, I would like add further information about the mobile (VIVO V5 20MP Moonlight Camera) that the reference of two IMEI numbers of the mobile is IMEI1 [protected] & IMEI2 [protected]/ SN:B601QAD06C00. Other details which were given earlier may enhance the possibility to identify and locate/tracked or recover the item from the miscreants duo and would be possible to nab them through the cctv footage. Hope that the citizen friendly ever caring Delhi police would definitely be able to act effectively on the basis of the details provided to them..thanking you & with best regards Subrata Kumar Lodh/Qr.
