Greetings from Nexa Rohan Motors Ltd.,
As per the trail mail we regret to
receive a concern from your side about the vehicle
condition. However we would like to tell you that before the
delivery of the vehicle it got inspected by the PDI team
(Pre delivery
inspection) and there are no loopholes
to avoid the inspection.
We are eligible to make the damage
control with in a weeks time if it is in the knowledge of
our management, but as in your case RM was also not got any
information and now it is almost a year, where we are
unable to take your concern into action.
We would also like to tell you that
delivery of the vehicle with quality check with our robust
team is our prime concern and there is no such incident
happened so far.
You are welcome to bring your
vehicle to our body shop for any repair on paid basis.
