With due respect this is to state that i (Sachin Tandon) have made a booking on 11th march 2022 for New Baleno 2022 Alpha (Splendid Silver) under the name of Geet Tandon by paying a cash amount of 11000 in the head of DD Prem Private Limited.

I was given a waiting period of 4-6 weeks as written in the car Booking document provided to me at the time of booking. Now its already 6 weeks passed and i m not getting some satisfactory reply from company officials regarding the delivery status of the vehicle. In due time i was informed that i might receive the vehicle within 8 weeks but on further discussion i am now being convinced that the delivery might exceed 8 weeks also.
So this is a humble request that please provide the accurate status of the booked vehicle as soon as possible so that the trust of a faithful customer remains as strong as it was before booking.

Same with me. Booked on 14th mar and still waiting for some progressive response from the dealer. 🥺 not sure is there os production happening around these models.

Were you able to get the delivery of Baleno 2022 Alpha AGS, seems like people who have booked in April2022/May2022 can expect delivery in Nov2022
17 weeks delayed still not delivered. Booked on 16th mar and still waiting and dealer said next week/next month/on the line bla bla. Now 17 weeks crossed. They are not responding for further calls. My booking no. SOB21000531, Baleno 2022 AGS Alpha. My name is Kannan from chennai and my contact no. [protected].

    I have been following up with the team from past 2 months but have not yet received even a single reply on the email.The quality of product what they are providing is of very cheap quality.Request you to buy a car from other companies instead of Nexa.The quality of body cover they have provided is very cheap quality which has torn with 3-4 months and i have been following up with them but no response.

      I purcgased the car on 20th august 2020 its been only 1 year 8 months i gsve purvgased the car and after the second service of my csr started giving ne a mileage of 8 kmpl in the city and 10 kmpl in the highway, i have complained multiple times in the service centre but no action and solution has been provided to me till now .please look into it on a urgent basis my cars refistered number is WB 02AQ2789

        In a very regretful and sorrowly i want to state that since 2021 i am suffering to get a "Baleno Delta AGS", 1st I booked a delt ags 2021 but unfortunately the company discontinued the model. Though i had really emergency still i thought of waiting for Baleno Delta 2022 which was launched on feb 22nd. after that 2nd March 202 i booked a delta ags. Its really very urgent to get the baleno as my marriage is on May, in between dec2021 to march 2022 i could have booked any other vehicle but as a loyal customer i prefared staying with maruti, i contacted with my dealer but he keep on prolounging the dates, i really need the vehicle in an urgent basis and dont want to cancel the booking, kindly consider for my genuinety i am attraching the booking detail

            I purchased a Maruti XL6 - 06 months ago(August 2021) from NEXA Jalandhar.

            While getting the air levels of tyre checked, it was notified that there is a bubble in one of the rear tyres.

            Immediately, I was advised not to drive the car as the tyre might blast causing life threatening accident and is hazard to me and other people on the road and instead send the tyre to Nexa Service Centre for inspection and warranty claim as the car is very less driven and Nexa provides warranty for new cars.

            On sending the tyre for warranty, Nexa gave me some rubbish reasons and rejected the warranty claim stating that the damage is due to driving on pot holes.

            I do not agree with it, tyres are meant to run on roads and on potholes and that should not mean that it gets bubbles just in 6 months.

            It clearly is a case of manufacturing defect and Nexa is denying to take accountability when I submitted the claim where in when they sell, they say it to be unconditional warranty for long term.

            Very unprofessional attitude with ignorance by Nexa and is something that’s unacceptable.

            I will have this dealt legally and would go to any extent if required to because this creates a mental pressure and unnecessary harassment.

            Also, its life threatening product for both passenger/consumer or the people around when on road and should be looked immediately.

              Worst experience I had with autopace dealer chandigarh. They made evry effort to misguide and befool me.Pathetic service by NEXA dealers.
              7months old manufactured, repaired and repainted car delivered fraudulently. They have committed fraud, giving wrongful information with the purpose of deceit, and breach of trust with customer.
              They have no vision to retain and respect the customer beyond the point of sale

                I bought a S Cross vehicle from Nexa Nagole Hyderabad with Kalyani Moters in Feb’22. But showroom people delivered scratched vehicle. I found scratches in bannet while I approached for PPF then immediately I informed to kalyani Moters show room people, but they replayed after two days, and after that continually we talking each other for bannet change, after Nexa service Center Karmanghat body works manager finalised it’s a scratched car, Kalyani Moters Nexa Nagole RM, GM, QM people are trying to me compromise for no issues raising.
                After yesterday conversation with Kalyani Moters Nexa Nagole Hyderabad QM Renuka I decided to approach Consumer court State of Telangana for file a case against Nexa Nagole Kalyani Moters Hyderabad.

                  Hi,

                  We purchased a Ignis Zeta Turquoise blue from Premium Car World Kolkata (Park St Nexa) on 30th January 2022. We ordered a roofwrap along with this. Roofwrap installation was incomplete at the time of delivery. After 10days installation was done very poorly there were wrinkles as shown in the image attached. We complained by calling them and updated our issue in Google review.
                  Accessory department took our car to showroom to do some heat treatment to fix roofwrap installation. Also they were constantly asking us to withdraw the review .We got our car back that evening. Next day we noticed that the roofwrap was cut from the middle and was pasted which looked like a sticker only. There was no prior communication made or we were informed that they would cut the roofwrap.
                  Roofwrap costed around 9k but our roofwrap looks like a sticker.
                  We informed this to them but they said that they will fix this and will contact us shortly for the same in the first service. They showed us a different roofwrap other than the one we ordered.
                  It's been a month, we didn’t receive any update from them. Whenever we call the Accessory manager has been telling us yes we have ordered and will do it this weekend and update you.
                  Please kindly look into this issue and help to fix the roofwrap installation with fresh one. Attached are the images for your reference .
                  We chose Maruti as it is known for its service, it is very disheartening we got such a poor service and it just seems a myth to us now.

                              How long they take to resolve a complaint.

                                From the day I have purchased this maruti Suzuki ciaz from nexa dilshad garden i am getting continues problems in the car and this is totally disappointing because after a lot of complaints no issue is being resolving.
                                we can go any where in the car but if we park it once for 3-4 hrs we are not sure that it is getting started again or not as this is the 3rd time my car has been not starting on mid road with out any reason. even after replacing my cars battery last month same issue is facing and within 3 years of purchase my cars battery brokedown?
                                I want a genuine action right now on this car as this is very shameful for company like suzuki producing service in this manner. if the concerned action are not getting I will be throwing away this car in auction below market value prices
                                and suzuki connect app also not works

                                  मै आज अपनी डिजायर कार की सर्विस कराने गया द्वारका सेक्टर 8 नेक्सा सर्विस सेंटर पर जहा मुझे 2 से 3 घंटे का समय बताया गया और मैने 12 बजे गाड़ी दी और 4:30 तक मुझे कोई जवाब नही मिला गाड़ी नही मिली इस दौरान मेरे बहुत से आवश्यक कार्य से मुझे जाना था जिसमे मै नहीं जा पाया ये मेरे साथ चौथी बार हो रहा है क्योंकि आप कोई एक्शन नहीं लेते सिर्फ पैसे लेने के अब आगे से आपके सेंटर पर मै तो आऊंगा नही और अपने जानने बालो को भी आने को मना करूंगा

                                      I had purchase my first CAR after lot of discussion with my friends & family then finally decided to purchase your company CAR (Baleno – Delta model) in April 2017.
                                      I not assumed that will face lot of problem for purchase of Maruti Car from day first. Initially when booked the CAR, company executive made feck commitment then I had a complaint to showroom manager then he had not taken any action on my complaint.
                                      After that on first service, we had complaint to service in charge about car service. In second year got accident and left side both gate damaged of CAR then taken insurance claim and your service team had replaced the both gate in 2019.
                                      In 2020 CAR steering got hard at the time of drive then your service team had change the internal part of steering as we had taken extra warrenty at the time of purchase. (Only in third year CAR steering parts got out of service while my CAR not had run above 25000 km.)
                                      Rather then I am continually facing problem in back gear of CAR since purchase. Every time when given CAR for service then complaint of this, but not resolved the problem till now. Your service team got repaired only for short time.
                                      Big complaint to your company, which I am facing. When had accident and replace the both gate of left side in April 2019. Faced the not believable things CAR colour has started fade of left side, which was replaced and now looking rusting on CAR, thats not beliveable.
                                      I am complaining due not happy to Maruti Nexa CAR and, one of my friend was taken feedback me to purchase the same CAR then I not given suggestion to him for purchase of Maruti CAR.

                                        I am a resident from rajahmundry.
                                        I have visited nexa showroom on jan 30, 2022.
                                        When i was enquiring for cars to buy one of the representative have showed a CIAZ car which is 2018 model. he said it was new and not even used in this 4 years. due to year change reason that wasn't sold and we kept like that he said.
                                        i agreed to all of it and verified the car multiple times after that day.
                                        On 1st feb, 2022, at 10:06 pm the representative texted me to call. i am out of town at that moment. even at that time i have called him and he said the car price and everything and he made me to buy the car immediately because there are many others are willing to buy it. so i have accepted and said i will send someone to take a test drive. my father went to showroom and done it.
                                        since then he keeps calling me and compelled me. so i had to return from vizag to buy the car. he said to take 11000 cash along with aadhar and pan card. i have taken my parents and visited the show room. after 30 minutes discussion done and i asked him to give something for the car like seat covers.
                                        he went to the manager and within no time they came and said we are not giving you the car, it was sold to someone this afternoon. we had a mis-communication so they said me to leave.

                                        do u think customers are jokers..? u called me and u have compelled me to buy the car and when i came with money u said u won't sell me the car and want me to leave...

                                        i will definitely file a defamation case against nexa showroom rajahmundry.
