How long they take to resolve a complaint.
My complaint id is NX[protected] and the complaint was lodged on 21/02/22. Seventeen days have gone but no reply has come. Surprising, isn't it....

I had purchase my first CAR after lot of discussion with my friends & family then finally decided to purchase your company CAR (Baleno – Delta model) in April 2017.
I not assumed that will face lot of problem for purchase of Maruti Car from day first. Initially when booked the CAR, company executive made feck commitment then I had a complaint to showroom manager then he had not taken any action on my complaint....

This is regarding my baleno Zeta model that i gave for 2nd sheduled service on 24th january, 22. At K.P automotive Jaipur

The car was delivered to me on the same day but with a dent on my driving seat gate .

I had a word with the authorities but they refused about the damage but after verification they agreed.

Now today (25th january, 22) they delivered the car with wet paint...

Coming to the performance everything is good..
But the major complaint of this car (NEXAXL6) is MILEAGE... Worst mileage not even getting 14kmpl😭😭😭..
It was so shame on this NEXA...
Please solve my problem 🙏...

I am the customer of nexa from past 3 yesrs. We r coming from khammam city to Hyderabad around 250klms to service our car.l I am reguler customer to the BALANAGAR NEXA SERVICE CENTRE iam happy with service advisor, technicians. I am not happy with customer waiting hall, there is no ac in customer waiting hall and full of mosquitos, there is no welcome drink or coffee, there is no response after asking abot coffee aslo atlast i brought coffee...

Baleno zeta which 10000 km running. Front left tire break the wall . And i complaint to nexa but i m not satisfied with that answer because they reject the complaint .
