I took the delivery of my car [xl6] on 10-mar-20 after a long period of waiting especially after paying the whole sum. I was charged 10, 000 rupees for basic accessories while the payment and i was promised that will be later installed in the car as the stock was not available. I believed the nexa showroom manager`s word and took the delivery. Since the delivery i had to call every week for the accessories that i paid for, and there was no response mentioning stock not yet arrived. Considering its been five whole months, its really disappointing to hear that the stocks were not received yet. Behavior of the sales executive mr. Ramesh has been deteriorated from the time of purchase and it is very disappointing to say that there was no update calls from the nexa regarding the arrival of my accessories. I believed the word given by nexa manager and took the delivery of the vehicle, as there is no proper update from the dealership, i request the nexa management to take strong action against this behavior and to do the needful to a loyal customer.

Complaint marked as Resolved As per the visit to Nexa dealership yesterday, the Assistant GM explained to me the miscommunication happened at the time of delivery. Upon delivery XL6 was installed with the set of accessories worth of 10, 000 which we paid for, but the same was not explained to us and invoice for the same was not given to us upon delivery. But upon explanation of the assistant Gm, I understood that this was not purposefully done. Yesterday the sales executive did install the accessories which he promised us for free of cost during the booking.I am satisfied with the resolution given to me and hospitality that they provided on my visit yesterday.
