Didnt get booking charge back on cancellation

I'm Dr. sherun. I have made a booking for xl6 this year january through thalasserry nexa showroom. And they also informed me that booking charges will get repaid if i cancel my booking also. Due to thia pandemic situation, i had to cancel my booking. Now its almost 10months, still showroom peoples are not even properly replying for my messages. Kindly do the needful.....

Sir mene July mai ignis car liya tha jiska no BR 11AR8330 hai.mere car ke tyre mai spot aagya jo ki 1000 km chalne ke bad aaya .mai first service mai complaint diya par lockdown ke karan staff ka kmi ka bol ke nhi liya fir 2 bar fir gya par nhi liya gya.finally second service mai maine tyre diya wo v khud se khulwa ke.mere tyre ka warranty mujhe nhi mila..uske bad mujhse 40% tyre ka cost le ke aaj 8/11/20 ko tyre mila.sir new car mai turant problem aane par v 40% bharna pra ye kaisa service h.mujhe bataya gya ki in side cut h sir agar inside cut hota to gari ka tyre mai hawa kaha se hota jab ki maine gadi le ke gya tha aur unke samne tyre khulwaya tha.mujhe 40% paid ka dikkat nhi h mujhe waha ke service se problem h..ye nexa showroom DAMKA GULABBAGH purnia Bihar ka showroom h..yaha ka waiting time v bahut rahta h..yaha customer ko bina bataye satisfaction paper par signature le liya jata h.aaj jab maine check kiya singn karne ke liye to mujhe v signature karne ko bola gya par maine nhi kiya..so aap se nivedan h ki inka service kahi kiya jay..mujhe na hi job card diya gya na hi koi slip..

    Dear sir

    i have buyed baleno from maruti two month before last month it got accident and on 10th october i given it to maruti competent showroom.

    They given me 15 days time appx. I chased them much as they delayed much frop delivery. On this sunday 1st novembver they sent car for delivery. When i checked there was too much scratch on the door which they replaced and all side having rubbing polish white cream. And i found on piller black tape was also not install look like road side repair not the authorised maruti body shop.

    I called to body shop manager. He said please send back and he will do in 7 days. I called next day and he told by the driver got some scratch on front side bumper also and they will do the repair job too.

    As today thursday 5th november i still not got my car. I buyed two month before and 1 month with maruti competeent body shop.

    Very poor experince. Who will pay me loss for the one month for which i used many taxi for my work even have the car.

      XL 6 car book kiya tha. Maine car ka payment 90% kar diya hai . Maine shroom ko bola tha 31st ko mujhe chaiye but vo mujhe nahi mili tab maine bola mujhe written mai chaiye to dedo tab udar ke manager Ganesh jagtap aur eka staff (Tejas pawar ) ne mujhe aur mere papa ( Sanjay Gandhi) ko bhenchod aise aise galiya dii hai aur mujhe marne ke liye mere pai aya tha mera haat pakka tha dusare eka bande ne aur showroom se bahar nikala hai .

      Manager ne bola ki apa ko jo karana hai vo karo police mai javo press ko bula vo mujhe kuch nahi hoga aur jo karana hai vo karo
      Ye nexa ase service hota hai kya baat karne ka tarika kuch nahi tha usanko aur haat kis pai utha raha the. Apa ko chaiye to apa shroom ka cctv check karo aja hua vo sahi nahi tha I am very disappointed for this bad behavior
      Mujhe aja jo hua isa ka reply chaiye shroom aur nexa se aise service hogi to mujhe nahi chaiye car .
      Maine 90% payment karne ke baad aur mujhe chassis no bhaiya tha aur shroom ne meri car dusare Customer ko sale kiya hai .mere se bhi cash liya dusare Customer se cash leke gadi dusare ko kaise de sakate hai .mujhe insaf chaiye . Mujhe as soon as possible reply chaiye .

        Recently I purchased Maruti Nexa XL6 on 5 July 2020 and I was travelling from Agra to Dholpur on dtd. 10 october 20 at 11 PM. In Agra main city, my speed was around 40 50 Km per Hrs and both left side tyres blast and typically I controlled the car balance. I am really very disappointed after purchased this Maruti Nexa XL6. At the time of tyres blast, market was closed and I with my family became very worried that what to do.
        Now I think that should I drive this Car or not and should I suggest this car to my friends.
        What should I do ?

            This is bk mishra fellow surveyor satna. I brought my car baleno alpha from satna.
            I doubt the dealer has provided accidental car the claim that strengthens the theory are as follows.

            1. From the very beginning the colour of the left part of rear bumper was faded.

            2. Noise comes from left door of car.

            3. Upper quarter panel is pressed inwards.

            4. The right part of ws glass of car is not fog resistant or a layer of fog deposites which causes problem in vision while driving during rainy season, this is a matter of huge concern as it could be life threatening.

            5. While nexa showrooms should be giving priority to nexa customers but mostly there is delay in service because workers are either busy repairing maruti suzuki cars or slaking off.

            6. The facilities in nexa showroom are very poor which includes delay in handling issue of customer providing worst quality of item in their menu like local quality water bottle.

            Even after multiple complaints in local branch nothing happened due to which i had to reach here. So i would expect you to take the matter with utter sincerity and replace this accidental car by a new one of same model and company.

            Again, if no actions are taken by head branch i would be compelled to reach consumer court.

              Dear all.
              I had get service my car from your sec 8 dwarka service center but after service my car central locking is not working it was working fine before the service.. I have raised complent regarding this issue but your advisor is saying he cant do as he is not at fault..
              Then who is at fault??
              Why after the service the problem started?? How can you just get away. And why the issue cant be resolved i wonder. One of the most pathetic experience with you...
              Please look it to the matter and resolve the issue.. If this is the attitude of yours people the god save the innocent people who take your service..
              Looking forward some +ve response from your side.

                  paint of the bumper is different than body

                  Bumper got painted but the colour of the bumper is different from the body colour. We complained the dealership and they said it would be normal in 15 days and now it has been 2 months and still the colour is different and looks very cheap

                  Hi, We were issued a cheque dated 391572 dated 7th August 2020 amounting to Rs. 1180/= as an adjustment amount to be returned after taking more amount in purchasing a new baleno automatic sedan.

                  The car was bought in June 2020, and after repeated reminders and calls, we were told that we would return the amount charged under the head "Loyalty Card" by Nexa, lajpat Nagar. The agreed to return the excess amount of Rs. 1180/= by cheque in 8-10 working days. The cheque reached me in August and was deposited in our savings account. The cheque was returned by the bank under the following head "Cheque Irregularly drawn". After we received the cheque back by the bank, we informed Nexa. No return of call for 3 days from them and when we sent an email, got 4 calls from them giving explaination saying that our cheque can never bounce, must have been some problem with the bank and wanted us to send the cipy of the cheque and the reason for bouncing, its 29th Aug and we are still waiting for an action from them, we have been asked to represent the cheque, we have told them clearly we would not represent the cheque, we would only accept cash along with bouncing charges deducted by bank

                    I undertook service of my ciaz car no DL9CAR 9360 of above detail. The Vendor damaged my car front tyre during servicing beyond repair & acknowledge it.They also mentioned to try and replace tyre under warranty.
                    They are now forcing me to pay 40 % of cost ( which has been inflated by them ) without any of my fault.
                    Please take action / compel your vendor to do the needful & replace my tyre.

                      When i purchase my car (Rj 44 ca 2520) a small air bubble in tyre,
                      I told this to mr punit ji, (Sales person)
                      Punit ji told me "this is nit big issue tyre is under warranty u can change it any time in service center
                      After some time when i was free reach to service center (Jamu automobile pvt ltd sikar rajasthan) storekeeper talk to our supirier and told me back tyre is not available at present u can come next time i will replace it.
                      Thir sentance repeat many times when i reach jamu automobile

                      Last month (July 2020) i received a call from jamu automobile your tyre is ready.
                      I reach jamu 1-8-2020 at 10 am mr. Abdul tab is interten me job card no"jc20004179"
                      ... Waiting handour my car to me time is around 4.00 pm he denied to change tyre.

                        I took the delivery of my car [xl6] on 10-mar-20 after a long period of waiting especially after paying the whole sum. I was charged 10, 000 rupees for basic accessories while the payment and i was promised that will be later installed in the car as the stock was not available. I believed the nexa showroom manager`s word and took the delivery. Since the delivery i had to call every week for the accessories that i paid for, and there was no response mentioning stock not yet arrived. Considering its been five whole months, its really disappointing to hear that the stocks were not received yet. Behavior of the sales executive mr. Ramesh has been deteriorated from the time of purchase and it is very disappointing to say that there was no update calls from the nexa regarding the arrival of my accessories. I believed the word given by nexa manager and took the delivery of the vehicle, as there is no proper update from the dealership, i request the nexa management to take strong action against this behavior and to do the needful to a loyal customer.

                        As per the visit to Nexa dealership yesterday, the Assistant GM explained to me the miscommunication happened at the time of delivery. Upon delivery XL6 was installed with the set of accessories worth of 10, 000 which we paid for, but the same was not explained to us and invoice for the same was not given to us upon delivery. But upon explanation of the assistant Gm, I understood that this was not purposefully done. Yesterday the sales executive did install the accessories which he promised us for free of cost during the booking.I am satisfied with the resolution given to me and hospitality that they provided on my visit yesterday.

                          हम सब आपकी कारों के प्रसंस्क हैं. मेरे पास जिप्सी एवं एसएक्स4 भी है.
                          मैनें अपनी इग्निस अल्फा की प्रथम सर्विस हेतु कल नम्बर ले लिया था परन्तु जब आज पहुंचा तो अमितदीप मोटर्स, इलाहाबाद के वर्कशॉप के काउंटर ने कार बुक करने से मना किया और बद्तमीजी से पेश आते हुए बोला कि कल आना. जब वर्कशॉप मैनेजर से मिला तो...उसने सर्विस बुक लेने से मना किया और बेहुदे तरीके से हंसते हुए बोला कि सभी खुद को जज बोलते हैं.
                          किसी ने भी नेमप्लेट नहीं लगा रक्खी थी.
                          वर्कशॉप के कर्मचारियों का यह गैरजिम्मेदाराना बेहूदगी भरा आचरण चौकाने वाला रहा और मैं वर्कशॉप में जाकर बेहद शर्मिंदगी महसूस कर रहा हूँ.
                          मैं मंत्रालय को भी शिकायत करने जा रहा हूँ. साथ ही कल लखनऊ... आनंद मोटर्स में कार सर्विसिंग के लिए भेजने जा रहा हूँ.
                          मैं अब अमितदीप मोटर्स की सेवा कदापि नहीं लूंगा.
                          वाकई... बहुत बुरा अनुभव रहा.

                            My car minor accident occur so i went persons motor udyog pvt. Ltd for insurance claim. After formalities they changed fender and left side headlight. Unfortunately that head light was not proper. I complain there. Premsons motor ranchi send mail to r. O ranchi on 7th july 2020 and reminder 14th july 2020. But yet not done any thing. I am unnecessary feel cheated and harassed. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem.

                              This showroom of nexa hamipur's manager is a big liar akshay dhiman. Despite of taking all the payment and giving us fixed delivery date and the date prior of delivery we ourself called him and now he says car is not available. And also for payment he gave us an fraud availability letter of the car which is illegal.
                              Also he is giving away the cars to the people he personally know, who haved booked car lately and disregarding the people who have booked the car earlier.. My experience in this showroom was very disgusting.
                              As we are buying the car from through csd army canteen, this showroom manager is talking to us in arrogant manner. Recently i i spoke to the manager an hour ago and complainted him that you are spoiling your market he spoke rudely to me and dont teach me about making market.
                              Rather the showroom people should provide the car to the army-mans family as soon as possible considering as an emergency for the family, with respect to the person who is serving our nation.
                              Nexa being big respectable firm should not give dealership to such manner less people who dont even know how to talk to the costumers. Its not the manager who is loosing fame its the nexa company who is defaming themselves. This showroom dealer is a cheater and the nexa company should take strict action regarding the manager of nexa showroom hamirpur.

                                It’s been five times I am facing problem of starting engine, on Sunday i.e 12/07 /2020 I received my car after two days of inspection and attendant said my car doesn’t have any problem. Within 24 hours I faced the same problem for which I made video . I don’t have any idea what kind of incompetent staff you have at Auto Vogue ib Panchkula industrial area . So contact me to resolve my problem otherwise consumer court will be the next step

                                  My name is jaspreet . I live in pabbian dist ludhiana . Am working in Nexa company at ludhiana ( ferozpur road) . I started my work since February month . My 2 month salary is left ( February and march) . Every worker get their salary except me . I call to manager of the company thousands of time but just puzzle me and not taking any action against my problem. I have lots of problems in my family and i really need my salary because of my father's medical problem . Am actually really disappointed from the company and am really pissed off. If i get any farther step regarding my life then the company should be responsible for that .
