Nexa — Received Poorest Service ever

Dear sir/mam,

I am glad to be a customer of maruti as well as suzuki from about 11 months as of now. But I am highly disappointed from the services you gave me after sales. It just broke me heavily and I start giving reference to my friends to purchase any vehicle but not of suzuki. I purchased pearl white BALENO last year on August 2021 with Chassis no. MBHEWB22SMG742115 Engine No. K12MP 4238895 From standard Motocorp Private Limited, South Civil Lines, Jabalpur (M.P.). But after that I faced several problems but got no effective solution. I resides in katni with pin code 483501 and purchased car from 482001 and thus I offer servicing of my vehicle from here only in shubh motors, suzuki arena. But service I got is poorest. Like-

1. During first free servicing they said polish is finished and deliver my car without polishing it and committed to call me within a week for polish it. But I got no call.

2. In addition to this there was a disturbing sound in the vehicle which I complaint in first servicing so they said it's common in Baleno and there's no harm in that. I was amazed hearing this.

3. In second free servicing I got claim of some damage together. In that they charge me wheel alignment and balancing but when delivered tie in tyre covers was as it is. That was too shocking. However this they did free in third free servicing (I doubt though).

4. In third free servicing there area lot of errors and highly mismanaged things they did. They were so humble and gentle that I was convinced with them. But when I was receiving the car I noted all the things to them which I am mentioning here.

5. Polish is not done this time too and it's interior is so dirty.

6. Front Number plate was bent this time and when I complaint they said why didn't you use plate cover while installation. That was so weird as when I gave my vehicle to workshop it was in a fresh condition but now its bent so it was my mistake that "why I had not taken covered number plate".

7. Mud clap on tyres were so loose and gutter with nut and bolt. And when i ask them why they said its just for strength and they are usually loose but when i gave it for servicing it was not loose.

8. Dear bumper as said was changed but i found white coloured paint on the place it was damaged with a long stripe mark over there. If its changed how it could be there in the new one too at same place.

9. I was charged twice in 3rd free servicing for 4 door guards but when i got my car there were no single door guard present. Even there were 3 when i gave car for servicing but those 3 were missing too. This was so unlawful.

10. All the internal settings of my music player has been changed and reset. As i know in servicing there has nothing to do with players and internal accessories unless mentioned in prior.

11. I got a jack with my vehicle which i need not to use with in the year but the day i used i found it free and rotating freely after few rounds due to which its just a total wastage for me. But the people in workshop said you damaged it or mechanic damaged it we cant change it. Why so?? If i got any thing defected its my fault or the service provider is responsible for this.

These things in servicing made me feel like i have been cheated somewhere. I am asking if i have not paid full amount or have been asked anything wrong or any favor outside the contract of sale. If not then why i am treated so differently and inappropriately. Its not at all about the 30-40 rs of door guards or 50-100 rs polish. Its about the precious trust i have on maruti suzuki aka Nexa. I am not writing all these as a complaint. These are the issues I faced while trusting maruti suzuki (Nexa). If suzuki arena workshop cannot provide me best services for my nexa car they should inform me at earlier. Probably i could have saved. myself being a victim of poor vehicle service and claim service as well.

Kindly give some proper training to the front end people to deal properly with correct information and accept the faults rather than victimizing customers only.
