Dear Mr.Raman Sharma,
Kind greetings. I have sent you a letter/message apprx 2 months ago to request for Body Repair for my vehicle as follows;
Nexa Ciaz Alpha A/T 2020, Reg No. PB11CV2579
Which you have informed at the time that the Nexa Service Center is not yet open and shall open in the next 20 days, after which you were supposed to inform me.
However, no further update was given from your side or any personnel at your company (a rather inadequate and poor service follow-up), though the letter/message I sent was in detail and with full respects requiring time and efforts from my side.
Anyhow, I at this point once more KINDLY REQUEST (which will be in the form of a strict demand and formal complaint the next time if required), you to schedule my vehicles Second Service Due AND Schedule for body repair at the same time.
Please inform how many days will it require for the body repair.
