Nextra Teleservices — non refunding of money | |||||
I was living at 249-250, top floor, east azad nagar, opposite 4u shop, near yes bank and jain mandir of krishna nagar, 110051 but i had to move to b35a, shashi garden, gali no. 7, mayur vihar phase-1, delhi-110091 therefore i have asked for the transfer of my services from azad nagar to my new living place. When i call mithesh, sales person ([protected]), he was agreed to install the services to my new place and sent sales person sachin gaur and taken rs 918 in advance but when the installation person call me then he said the installation is not possible at my place. When i asked for returning money then they are saying that it will be returned (Rs 918 and rs.1500 (Security charges of the setup) and given me the complaint no. [protected] for my crf no. Ea 105105 (Receipt no. 101728) for the new installation and ea 090100 (Receipt no. 091860) for the azad nagar installation. The money is promised to transfer online to my bank account whose no. Was taken from me but till now there was not a single penny returned. Rs 2418 is not returned to me till now and it was very bad experience for me in both services and company ethics.
