    Dear Sir / Mam,

    Greetings,

    I have downloaded an Mobile Payment Gateway Application called NGPAY (www.ngpay.com) on my mobile. Through NGPAY, I can book tickets for movies, travel tickets, recharge mobiles, shopping etc. 3 Months back I had recharged my Airtel mobile number through NGPAY. The recharge did not happen, but still an amount of 2000 was deducted from my bank account which is linked to NGPay. The amount was supposed to refunded within 7 working days. But it took almost 45 days to refund the same.

    On 10-May-2013, through NGPay travel partner Neeta Travels, I had booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore. Post booking the amount of 1800 was deducted from my Axis Bank account. Unfortunately after booking, Neeta Travels Agent called and said that the bus was cancelled. I immediately called NGPay and informed them and asked them to refund the amount or arrange for alternate travel. They informed me it would take 7 working days to refund the amount. But till date it has been almost a month and I have still not got my 1800 back into my account even after repeated requests. They have been playing games with me by lying that the refund would be done in 1 day / 2 days / 3 days and so on.

    I have lost complete faith and unhappy with NGPay service. I would like to send a notice to them and sue them for 100000 rupees immediately for neglecting my repeat complaints. I would also want a closure of NGPay service with immediate effect. They need to learn a lesson through my complaint. I would request for a compensation of 100000.

      I HAVE BOOKED A BUS TICKET THRU NGPAY IN SREE KALESWARI TRAVELS FROM PALAVANCHA TO HYDERABAD ON 30/04/2013.
      SREE KALESWARI TRAVELS CANCELLED THE BUS WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION. THERE IS LOT OF CONFUSION AT THE LAST MOVEMENT.
      SO I DIDNOT TRAVELLED IN SREE KALESWARI BUS. WHEN I ASKED SRE KALESWARI TRAVELS ABOUT THE REFUND THEY ASKED ME TO COLLECT FROM NGPAY.

      WHEN I CONTACT NGPAY THERE IS NO PROPER RESPOND FROM THEM.

      KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS MATTER.
      i didn't boarded the Flight AI743 from kolkata to Agartala.
      So, i request to process my refund( on ground of 'no show')
      earliest possible. Time and again I have talked to your coustmer care executive
      on the subject matter but, till date i haven, t got my refund
      or any responsible/satisfactory reply from your side.

      i was trying to book Railway ticket from Ngpay, and amount was debited from my account and ticket was not booked due to i were not register with IRCTC, So Please help to initiate the refund amount of Rs. 1044.54 Rupees dated on 2/09/2014 and till date i have not get refund and also i have complaint on Ngpay costumer case with reference # 188388 and till date I have not getting any response for the same, also I have emailed them more than three times for the same but there is no revert getting from Ngpay.

      Please help me for the same as soon as possible.

        Sir, My self sohan lal serving in air force. My complaint is that on 15 June 2012. I tried to book a spice jet flight on ngpay ( known as jigrahak mobility solutions)through net banking but by mistake my transaction two times failed and my total cash[protected]x2) was deducted from my SBI account number [protected]. After that I make a complaint to ngpay customer care but they said that money was not received by ngpay, than I approach to my SBI home branch ( Sbi suboroto park-new Delhi ) and give written complaint 2_3 times but they said that my money was transferred to ngpay account .but real thing is that till date my total money 11960 was not refunded. And both ngpay and sbi branch not taking satisfactory action. Sir please help me.

            I was using ngpay application for booking film and other things and I m using my south indian bank debit card this is my card no[protected]
            If I submit the transaction using my secure code the transaction is done but the reply is
            Rejected by the switch -CAF 0-9 and if I give retry again it shows as
            Rejected by payment gate way- Duplicate merchant transaction Id
            Well please solve my query and give solution to my mail id

              I had Cancelled a Train ticket with pnr [protected] i am yet to receive the refund.It has almost been a 20 days since i cancelled it.please go through the same and refund it as soon as possible.

                  I have received my samsung galaxy s3 i9300 pebble blue mobile phone 30/7/2012. Order no. [protected] dtd 25/7/12 for Rs.35010
                  as soon as I opened the box I noticed there are defects in the body colour of the phone.
                  I called ngpay immediately to register complain no. 858498. They told me to email them photos of defect, which I DID on the same day.

                  Then they asked me to get a DOA certificate from the samsung service centre. But the service centre said that they cannot provide DOA certificate for a body colour defect! They also gave me a service request form stating the same which I emailed to ngpay.

                  Now it has been 11 days , I have called ngpay about 10times but they refuse to replace my mobile without a doa certificate, which I cannot provide them

                  please help me get a refund from ngpay.

                      I cancelled one IRCTC ticket which was earlier booked through NGPAY only. PNR number of ticket is: [protected]. I need to get Rs. 215 as refund which I haven't got till now.
                      I sent many emails to the customer care but no response. Please refund my money back in my account.

                      I ordered Nokia Lumia 710 through Order No. [protected] Transaction ID NGPAY[protected] on 15th April 2012. As per Terms Product had to be delivered within 10 working days. however because Chandigarh is a non servicable are, product could not be delivered. I requested for refund on 24th April. however till date no confirmation has been provided by the company even after repeated reminders. Nobody bothers to pic phone or revert on email. very BAD customer service.
                      Called on 03rd may and again enquired for refund but no status update..... waiting for refund as i have to make Credit Card payment

                        Sir,
                        I booked railway e-ticket using ngpay from alleppy to bondamunda in train number 13352 for the date 18/08/2012. The ticket was of 3A class. I cancelled the ticket using the same. After cancelling it was informed that the refund for the same would be done within 7-10 days. It is already the 13th day after the cancellation but the money has not been refunded yet. The pnr number is [protected] and the transaction id [protected] is Whenever i tried to contact the customer care it either responded "the number you are calling is switched off OR the number you are calling is busy,please try again later". So please help me to get my money back.

                          I did a recharge of 1000 for my reliance big tv using NGPAY on 10th july 2012. the transaction failed but amount got deducted from my bank account. NGPAY application however gave message saying there is some problem on the banks side. the money is still not refunded. repeated attempts to call NGPAY customer care failed as there is nobody to attend my call. ABSURD.

                            On 29-Jun-12, I tried to recharge for vodafone prepaid mobile through NGPAY (id - kannantg) from my SBI savings account [protected]. The SBI Ref No is IGB3875566. The amount of Rs.299 has been transferred from my savings account to JiGrahak Mobility Solutions. But the recharge has not been made. I already raised a ticket on 01-July-12 stating this issue and ngpay promised me to solve this issue in 7 days. But it has not yet resolved now. Kindly look into this issue and transfer the money back to my SBI savings account [protected]

                              I tried to book train ticket on 5.7.2012 through ngpay mobile applicaton.My account get debited for the amount of rs 884.But the ticket was not booked. I didnt receive any message/Mail from ngpay for failed booking.While I contacted through phone there is no response. I have mailed them about the issue but there is no reply from them.If they have noted about the issue they should have mailed/Msg us.But still there is no communication from them.I request them to refund the amount as soon as possible.

                              I did a transcation using NGPAY to buy KSRTC Tickets and the transaction failed and more that 15 WORKING days happened still it has not been reversed and every time i call they say 2 - 3 days

                                On 27th June, I was checking the options available on ngpay for booking an airline ticket. I am very well aware of the fact that the transaction can not be completed without entering 'One Time Password (OTP)'. So I kept on browsing until I was asked for entering OTP. I cancelled my ticket, did not go any further and did not generate the OTP. Even after cancelling the ticket and rolling back, the ticket was confirmed and I received the notification that an amount of Rs 9271 got deducted from my account. ngpay has refused to accept this bug. Although they have cancelled the ticket but have deducted the cancellation charges i.e. Rs 1500.

                                No body is even responding properly when I am calling ngpay's customer care.They are blaming on the SBI bank as the card selected was SBI bank's card and the bank is blaming ngpay as the fault is in their system.

                                    I have used ngpay for my bsnl no. recharge, but my money deducted from my account but no recharge balance have recieved yet...
                                    The details of which are following.

                                      Complaint # 1 (ngpay Order ID [protected])

                                      I placed an order from Ngpay (Transaction ID: NGPAY[protected]) on 06th May 2012 i.e. 16 days before today.

                                      Following are my concerns :
                                      1. I did not receive my free flip cover along with the phone
                                      2. The gift recipient did not receive the gift message I wrote while placing the order
                                      3. There is absolutely no response to the "several complaints" I have made to the customer care
                                      4. Your customer cares and supervisors makes "false promises" that they'll call me back with details but not even once have they reverted till now.
                                      5. And now no matter how many times I try in the day to call up customer care, they seem to be constantly busy

                                      Complaint # 2

                                      I was supposed to get a 100 referral bonus points from ngpay for a referral I made on 5th May. ngpay customer executive agrees that I should have got the points but till now they are simply looking into the matter only !

                                      Complaint # 3

                                      My digital tv recharge of Rs. 600 did not go through while trying it from ngpay, and I haven't received the refund till date!
                                      Dear Amit,

                                      We regret the delay and inconvenience caused. As informed to you earlier that the flip cover was out of stock, we are soon getting the fresh stock. We will deliver it to you by next weekend.

                                      Regarding the refund for DTH recharge, we have processed the refund on 18th May'12. It should reflect in your account soon.

                                      Referral ngPoints will soon be credited to your account. We are again sorry for the delay.

                                        ngpay is fraud. Don't make any purchase through their portal, in case of cancellation you will not get your refund. I have booked an AIRINDIA through them on 09/04/2012 and got the same cancelled on 12/04/2012. Till date i.e. 03/05/2012 I have not received refund of Rs. 10513.0. None of my complaints has been responded. Whats more surprising that ngpay does not provide details of cancellation on their portal.It does provide detail of transaction related to booking but no provision of providing details of transcation related to cancellation. I think they are doing it purposely for committing fraud.
