I am very disappointed with ngpay. I recharged Vodafone number. My balance of Rs. 99 got deducted but phone wasn't recharged. And nobody picks up the call. Please reply immediately.

    I had tried making an aircel top up on 10/4/2012 from my ngpay account , the recharge was not made and instead the account was debited , the problem is that i have tried almost all the ngpay contact nos but none of them are being responded , it seems like the company doesn't even have what u call an customer care helpline .
    I also mailed them at [protected]@ngpay.com still no response .

    Sir,
    My self sohan lal serving in air force. My complaint is that on 15 June 2012. I tried to book a spice jet flight on ngpay ( known as jigrahak mobility solutions)through net banking but by mistake my transaction two times failed and my total cash[protected]x2) was deducted from my SBI account number [protected]. After that I make a complaint to ngpay customer care but they said that money was not received by ngpay, than I approach to my SBI home branch ( Sbi suboroto park-new Delhi ) and give written complaint 2_3 times but they said that my money was transferred to ngpay account .but real thing is that till date my total money 11960 was not refunded. And both ngpay and sbi branch not taking satisfactory action.
    Sir please help me.

    I was try to book railway ticket dated on 9/Feb/2014 and amount debited from my account but due to I were not register with IRCTC ticket was not booked and a amount of rupees 1044.54 Rupees and till date i have not getting my refund amount my refund id is [protected].       I still DID not get refund back following from ngpay :-

      2)transaction ID: ngpay[protected] dtd: 13.01.2012 refund amount: 534.00
      3)transaction ID: ngpay[protected] dtd: 11.12.2012 refund amount: 80.00
      4)transaction ID: ngpay[protected]

      after the expiry of 30 days DID not get a satisfactory answer by ngpay.

      Therefore I request you to check & cleared the matter with irctc level.

      NGPAY — money not refunded

      i did two transactions on my ngpay through my canara bank debit card during 23may2010 (mobile no.[protected] of tickets rs 4500 and 1360 resp..
      since the first transaction was not processed ngpay send a mesaage that money will be refunded in 7 to 10 days.
      but never got refunded .
      when i called they said we are looking into it
      last week they provided me 16 Digit arn no. thats of no use..

      my bank at a long distance from here..when i called them they didnt respond well

      the ngpay people promised me that they will do from thier end..

      but now i have lost 6000/- rupees please help

          1.I have booked a ticket through NG pay vide PNR. No.[protected] ID No.[protected] IRCTC ID. No.[protected]. The ticket was cancelled on 06/09/2011 and the amount to be refunded was Rs.174/. But they didn't refund the amount inspite of repeated request. The case was taken up with IRCTC. Now they have informed that the refund has been made to the agent on[protected] vide settlement No.[protected].

          2.I have booked another ticket vide PNR No.[protected] ID No.[protected]. IRCTC ID No.[protected]. The ticket was cancelled on 09/09/2011. The amount to be refunded was Rs.290/- They didn't refund the amount inspite of repeated request. Hence, the matter was taken up with IRCTC and they have informed that the refund has been effected to agent on 09/09/2011 vide settlement No.[protected]. Undr the above circumstances it is requseted to take up the matter with Ngpay for further action.

            I have placed an order for Kelvinator refrigerator 230 ltr on 29th july 2011 vide transaction ID : NGPAY [protected] and an amount of INR 13050 was paid thru my HDFC Credit card and it was promised online and thru message that same will be delivered within 21 working days but despite repeated reminders and calls as of now I have not received the product. NGPAY is failing to keep its commitments and dates. I am being mentally harassed as I am shifting my base to Gujarat and because of this issue I am unable to shift my luggages.


            Despite repeated reminders and complaints no body from NGPAY is listening and no result or development as of now.

            Please help.

            NGPAY — PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED

            I have placed order for Kenstar Sandwich Toaster Carino - KTN02CSS-TCT through NGPAY vide ngpay Transaction ID: NGPAY[protected] on 15.10.2010 for Rupee 1232/-. As per the terms of order product is to be delivered to me within 10 working days. But i did not receive the same till 29.10.2010, so i made a compaint to ngpay for non delivery of product. NGPAY customer care assured me for immediate delivery of product. But till 03.11.2010 i did not receive the product, so i request the ngpay customer care to cancel the order and refund the amount. But as on date i neither received the product nor the refund.

              I have purchased a subscription from Ng Pay of magazine womens Era, I paid full payment in advance in Month of april in 1st week and as told by them subscription will start in 4-6 weeks i.e in 2nd week of may. but i havent recieved it then i called ng pay and loged my complain but no response from their side.then i called delhi press and they even not responded then luckly i got my june issue but till date i haven't recieved my may issue and not even my june second issue.

                    I Amit Shah is regestered member of NGPAY with ID [protected]
                    I had cancelled tickets with following details.
                    1. PNR No. [protected] cancelled for Karan Parmar & Refund Amount Rs. 448/- is still unpaid to me.
                    2. PNR No. [protected] cancelled all 3 tickets but received refund of only 2 tickets & 1 ticket refund is still pending for Rs. 468/-
                    3. PNR No. [protected] cancelled all 3 tickets but received refund of only 2 tickets & 1 ticket refund is still pending for Rs. 448/-

                    I had received message from IRCTC that all the refunds are released, So it is pending at NGPAY.
                    Since 30th June 2010, I am communicating but still the date they reply to me that we had refunded your refund, Sometimes we are refundung right now. I am asking them to provide me ARN number if you had refund it. But still today they are not providing me ARN number for it. Total pending refund is Rs. 448 + Rs. 468 + Rs. 448 = Rs. 1364/- pending since 15th May 2010
                    So, Please do needful to release my refund.

                      As I (M.Sureshbabu) have entered TDR for PNR [protected] through Ngpay and the ticket was also booked through the same. But the amount is not yet transferred so far.

                      Ngpay system told to me that they have forwarded that TDR filling to IRCTC so you can follow up with IRCTC for further assistance; But IRCTC is telling that such TDR no is not yet filled so far.

                      Is the process is taking more than 120 days? How I don't know.

                      Please do the needful.

                      I have used TDR earlier, it has nothing to do with the agent you book from. (In your case ngpay is the agent). There is not much they can do about it.
                      You have to personally take it up with TDR. Also, TDR takes a long time to get back (many many months).
                      Yes, they are really fraud. They never made any refund. I m also waiting for the refund of Rs. 833 from 11th Nov 2010. They didn't gave any positive response neither any ARN no.

                        I had booked 27 tickets for 17th April IPL match (MI v/s RCB in Bangalore) through ngpay. All my transactions were successful and i had received confirmation calls and mails by ngpay. Two days before they conveyed that the booking has been cancelled due to web booking services problems and in all they gave a number of 4000 cancellations. This is not fair on their behalf to inform in such a short period. If there was a problem, how could the transactions be successful. This is clearly an oversale of tickets by ngpay.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I opted for a reliance communication recharge via Ngpay on 9/3/2010 of Rs 490 which didnt happened and the money got deducted from my credit card. I contacted Reliance communication about it and they said that they did not receive any money and advised me to contact the bank. I contacted my bank and found that the money was deducted. Then, I contacted Ngpay to which they have called me 2-3 times and told me that my complaint is under process but did not give any time frame to resolve it. It is more than 20 days and they have not yet got back to me. They have not given any assurance to me in written despite my repeated reminders to them. I have also put my communication which I wrote to Ngpay below and also the reply which I got from reliance communications.

                            I tried to book the ticket for IRCTC through NGPAY and amount of Rs. 1393.64 (Trnx ID [protected]) which got failed and I got a message that amount will be credited in 7-10 working days. Till 27th March there was no indication if it is under process or not. Then I called up then when I got a message that the amount is processed and will be credited shortly. The amount is not credited yet. These people tried to fool me that it is processed on 29th March and they calculate the 7-10 working days from that date and not from the day of failure. The customer service is pathetic. This is deficiency in service as NGPAY charge the amount for giving the service. Where can we escalate it ?

                            Their website claims that the amount will be debited only after successful transaction but that is not the case. In most cases the amount gets debited and it might take more than 2-3 weeks to get the refund...

                              The following mail received confirming the BSNL Recharge top up. Amount got debited But inspite of complaints to the customer care they could not give proper answer and they asking to contact BSNL customer care for clarrification. With NG Pay transaction ID BSNL customer care doesnt have any clue to solve the problem

                                I bougt BSNL Top up, online from Ngpay portle on 28/12/2009 at 21:37 transaction ID NGPAY [protected], till date i have not received the balance on my phone, but they have debited my credit card for Rs.220... repeated calls to the company has Yielded no response..
                                This is my advice to all not to use Ngpay u will never get what u have shopped and ur account will be debited... Its a fraud company...

                                ngpay / Kingfisher — Payment not received

                                I have booked a ticket on Kingfisher Airlines which I cancelled. Its been more than a month now and both the companies are not refunding the amount to my account. When I call them they only say that they are looking into the matter.

                                manufacturers and suppliers of machineries — unable to open my account

                                we are unable to open our account for more than a month.

                                loop mobile wap services — debit of money from account with wrong and no information

                                Dear,

                                i took loop mobile prepaid card saying it has free wap services.
                                to activate i called customer care.
                                they asked to send some message, which i did in reply of what i received some sms stating to send some sms again and rental of rs 49 will be deducted.
                                i called again that sms is stating rental will be deducted and they are dont worry send sms no rental will be deducted.
                                i send the sms, my 49 rs got cancelled and also wap not activated till now.
                                i called them so many times, by name of transfering they disconnect the phone adter log hold.
                                they justy waste our money and time.
                                please help me

                                hey guys seems u all facing major problems using ngpay i too faced the similar problems using this app but recently came across a fab application which is way different from ngpay called MOBIESTA (YOUR MOBILE FUN GUIDE), life since thn has become real easy, its a trusted source and very very easy 2 use life's much much more easy and fun using mobiesta.

                                I had purchased one IFB microwave oven through ngpay with a special offer on 10th July 2010. I was offered so many things of Rs 1840 as gift. Unfortunately I have had lot of calls to your customer care to deliver the item to me. Even they have delivered the item last week, I came to know that they were not included any items which were specified in the offer. I got only the oven. Again I made more than 2 calls to your customer care and they promised me that they will solve this soon. This is long 2 week since they made their promises. I had never though that it would become a big headache for me if I go for purchasing from you. Let me know is this your business standard? And do you any plan to solve my problem?
                                I had booked two train ticket on[protected] using ngpay application from my mobile, but when I checked my bank statement I found that it is charged for three times instead of two train ticket from my account. Details of train ticket are given below. Due to transaction failure Rs.344.08 was debited extra from my account . When I requested to refund the amount they are telling to wait. I am waiting about 50 days still I not received money..
                                This is my advice to all not to use Ngpay. If you not checked your statement regularly they will take your money with out knowing you. Its a fraud company...
                                this is a bahiya shop, which intense for the profit making only.
                                I booked a train ticket from NGPAY (from NDLS to HAN) Pnr no- [protected] and IRCTC tx Id- [protected], in paschim express. the train was delayed more then 8 hours because of Punjab Farmers Agitation.
                                the money which i have paid is 180.19 and before i received the amount of 78.00 from as refund,
                                I claimed the TDR on same day and spoke with NGPAY customer care in 3 hours from the train departure time, now this should be full refund as per rules.
                                they say that this is not their problem please contact to IRCTC.
                                I never saw bigger fraud then NGPAY.
                                when they are unable to refund the money then why they beggers charging 10 or 20 ruppes as service charge.

The entire service is operated by IRCTC and any refund related issues are not at all in our control. So if a valid refund for TDR has not been issued to you, the concern is at IRCTC's end. We take full responsibility of refund if the transactions fails and we charged the money. But once the ticket is booked, it is not under our control.

                                Till date, the refund to my ticket has not been credited to my account. Its been a year and not advising anyone to use ngpay.

                                For some reason, your bank (Canara Bank) has not credited this to your account. You can approach your Bank's Ombudsman regarding this. To help you regarding this, we will send you the letter confirming the refund processing. You should get this letter from us in a day or two.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  Following Vodafone WCC Card PIn has been sold by ngpay company, but vodafone ivr system is refusing to accep the pin provided by them. Card details is as under:
                                  Card Serial Nos.[protected] Denomination :Rs.149/- Circle: Gujarat.

                                  I spoke to Vodafone customer care and also visited shivranjani Vodafone store they also refuse the existence of such Vodafone world calling card serial. surprisingly they also inform that no WCC card of amount Rs.149/- at presently available with vodafone.

                                  I want to file consumer complain against ngpay and want an legal action and compensation.
                                  Pl reply immedaitely to take up this issue further for legal action .

                                    Even I have the same concern... please don't use NGPAY. One of the worst service we have seen. Recharged my phone, showing successful.but never recharged. It is almost a month now nobody concern to refund it
                                    THESE BLOODY PEOPLE HAVE NOT RETURNED MY 6000 RUPEES AFTER I CANCELLED MY TICKETS
                                    ngpay is the worst service provider they have not refunded my RS 1700 for railway ticket that was not booked by them but money was debited from my account.
                                    npay ji grahak ye log madarchod log hain.they eat ur hard earned money.inki maa ka bhosdaa.they have not refund my money just like you balwant
                                    Yes..Yes. They always send promotional SMS asking us to earn reward points using ngpay. But who will pay the canceled ticket refunds??? In my experience this is the WORST service in reserving railway ticket. They are simply fooling the customers. If they are not sure about refunding the the charges after cancellations, they should have explicitly told it in the website. When we use IRCTC website for reservations, the refund amount gets credited to the account within 2/3 days for sure. From my experience, I never recommend ngpay for ticket reservations.
