Today when i visted to institute, i asked for course details to receptionist, he said that councilar she went to lunch and wait for 30 min i waited and asked office number and went, when i called to office she picked up the call and not responding properly, talking rudely with me. So my suggestion is give to proper training to how to respond properly to customer.

I have completed my gniit diploma from niit but wherever i show it they asking me for the mark sheet of the three years. But niit has given me only one page diploma in-which not even mentioned that it's a 3 year diploma, please provide me legitimate mark-sheet of all the semesters. And the niit staff do not attend any calls of any numbere. Semester result is mentioned on my student id but as transcript which has no value in any company they are asking for mark-sheet. I was join niit from 2013 and till now i don't get my certificate. It's almost 7 years now i didn't get my certificate and i did gniit course. So why the hell i am not getting my certificate, when ever i did visit there they told me that you will get it soon and they told me this for almost 3 year.. From 7 yr of join that institute and till now not get my certificate.. Reg no - s[protected], what the hell they are doing?

I am vinayaka s s having id s[protected] at niit. I was doing diploma in java course at niit, ganga nagar. It was informed me that course is of 99days. I was there in bangalore for 6 months only half of the course completed and forcefully asked me to take test. After 6 months i got job and moved to harihar. After several follow-ups i have taken transfer to davangere centre by paying extra rs. 3000/- and they have not even provided single class and not even picking up my call. Now that number is not exists. I have been moved to mumbai now and cannot take class. Please refund the amount or transfer the class to mumbai.

I have suffered a lot by picking niit as a training institute. I am not getting any response to my mails and complaints.

I was waiting to complete my course from 2011. Request you to intervene at the earliest and resolve my problem either by refunding the whole amount rs. 29285/- + rs. 3000/-.

Hi my name is m. Haripriyaa. I joined python course in niit davengare branch paying full fees.. I completed my course and scored well in my exams.. It has been 5 months since my completion of the course but still i didn't receive my certificate. I even contacted my niit davengare branch associates but they are not responding properly.. Please kindly help me to get my certificate.

I completed my python with data science course from niit ghaziabad.
I completed my course in month of july, and till now i havent recieved the certificate.
So i request you to please look into the matter and issue me my certificate as it is about my career and i have to place the certificate in my portfolio and i have to submit it in my college also.

I have completed my ms office course from yamuna vihar niit branch in 2016 but haven't received certificate till now 2019. I have been there alot of times even after course but they always had same reply we haven't received your certificate. My previous employeer understood but today after 3 years i want to change my job but i have no proof.

As we all know that pgdbo course is for recruitment in icici bank as a 'senior officer'
The students who are recruited in jmc house branch of icici bank are given the worst position and designation. All the students who placed in jmc branch as a senior officer are given job of scanning documents and nothing else. No status job is been provided at the mega branch of icici bank ahmedabad. No knowledge is been given to senior officer grade at jmc house branch. A whole year scanning of document is the job given to all the fresher for a year or more. Please do not give placement to any student in this branch or else niit is been spoiled as this job is provided by them.

Hi, i raised a request to transfer my epfo from niiit-tech to my current organisation. My member id with niit-tech is dsnhp[protected]e0019671 and the claim id is dsnhp[protected]. The claim status is settled and the remarks are shown as

Claim form-13 (Transfer out) (Transfer (Unexempted to unexempted in other region or to exempted establishments) claim id-dsnhp[protected] member id-dsnhp[protected]e0019671 your claim has been settled.

But the amount is not yet transferred to my new organisation's member id i. E. Aphyd[protected]. Can you please help me with that.?

Aptech is doing wrong marketing in public place they stand in any other institute gate speech them product and convinced them. They employee speeches product in our premises which they doing wrong think. I had made complaint in thane aptech center. Please update your center not do such think why are doing thief of enquiry. You are listed company and doing wrong think.

Although at the time of enrollment, staff at the center seemed to be very serious about the knowledge enhancement of the students and subsequent certificates which they can get from iit, mumbai. As told to us, the course duration was expected to be of 6 weeks atleast covering wide range of topics in programming languages and data analysis.

But to our surprise, course got completed within 4-4.5 weeks with last few lectures delivered in a very quick manner without covering practical sessions and practice. Even guidance for doing a small project (Which is expected after one completes such courses) and there was no urge shown by the faculty to ask student to prepare and submit projects.

Last but not the least, course completion certificate, which is expected as a token to completing the course, has not been given till now. We once got the call from center to collect certificate, but i faced only harassment at the center and staff was totally unaware if there is any certificate to be issued or not for my daughter.

Such experience at companies like niit is not expected. I will not recomment niit to any one in future

Hello, niit my name is mohit dhurve. And am from chhindwara, madhya pradesh. Am persuing c and c+ from niit cannaught place, delhi. So i have done c classes and the issue of my college i must go back to my city for my regular classes so i want that please refund my c+ fees and its class is not commence and by your privacy policy if i raised for refund before commencement of classes classroom programs are only refundable if refund raised 15 days prior batch the commencement. Once our courses commence, we won’t be able to refund any amount. And my course is not started yet and niit cannaught place facultys told me that it will come on october on your but i need my money right now. I decided to join pgp course at niit, madurai, tamilnadu after getting lot of counselling from branch head of particular branch during time period of oct, 2018. And decided to join on nov 23, 2018 on the basis of assured placement. They told me that time duration of course will be 3 months. But they didn't complete my course with in a time. They force me to pay the fees within the time. I paid the amount properly on time. They are not conducting the class properly. They didn't pass the proper information about the examination date. They extend my course nearly 10 months. After a long struggle, i attend my last examination on july 5, 2019. I received the message as, "visit the corresponding center to collect the certificate on or before july 13, 2019" regarding certificate. So i contacted my center, they didn't answered properly. Please, i request you to take a necessary step to provide me proper service and give me some placement oppurtunity also.

My name is RITIKA BANSAL and I have enrolled myself for post graduate diploma in finance and accounts with gst at niit, cp branch new Delhi. At the time of admission they said that the duration of the course is four months and there will be morning batch for this course from 9 to 11am means 4 hours classes from Monday to Saturday and the classes will commence from 10th of june But the classes actually started from 17th june and now they are giving me 2 hours classes in a day and only 4 days a week. The schedule for the classes is as follows-
Monday and Saturday - 1:30 to 3:30 pm
Wednesday- 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Friday- 11am to 3:30 pm
They changed the entire schedule and at the time of admission didn't inform me all this and lied to me. Even my two classes have gone till now and they didn't inform me that the batch is started. i called them daily and they always told me that we will inform you about the classes but they didn't inform me .
Sir, i am pursuing other courses and cs too and i have classes for the same in the afternoon and i informed all this to them at the time of admission and they said me too that Don't worry we will keep the batch in morning that is from 9am to 1pm. It's not possible for me to adjust with their changing schedules. I called them so many times but they are even not picking up my call.
The counsellors at niit were saying that they will try to shift the batch in morning but today i spoke to one of their old student who is in my batch and she told me" that she took admission here in March and they started classes in may
After she forced them by daily calling them to start the classes and they told her too that they will try to shift the batch in morning but nothing happened like that and now it will take her 6 months to complete the course and even the faculty who is teaching us takes classes at other branches of niit in the morning so it's not possible for her to teach in the morning and the second faculty who will teach us advance excel comes on the centre at 11:30am and not before that. Even books are not provided to her till date and no attendance is taken. They lied to her too.
When my father talked to them about refunding my fees they said they will change the batch from 1:30 to 3:30 pm to 11am to 1:00 pm and said please let the student take first class. I went there and talked personally to the faculty and the faculty told me that she will take classes from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. The people there are telling me different things .
They are lying to me again and again sir.
I am not that much financially strong and the amount that i paid to them that is Rs.18290 is a huge amount for me.
I trusted them as niit is a known institute but now what they are doing to me is beyond my imagination.
i can't trust them now .

I joined weekend batch for ASP DotNet at NIIT Vasai branch.
60-70% money is taken in advance in feb-mar timeframe but no registration done till date and no materials provided. Classes is so irregular that most of the weekends it's not conducted and since last 6 weeks only 1 week we had classes.
Nobody informs or pick up the phone and we have to go to classes and come to know that there are no sessions. Ganesh who is coordinating is horrible and just laughs when we go and there are no classes. Is this Really NIIT?

I take admission in diploma..and its been 2years my course is not completed ...in the clss of 2 hours they teach for 30 minutes ..even the donot perform the practicals they only ask for money without teaching ..i paid 1lakh 13 thsnd and i left they didnt handed me certificate ..please dont take admission if you carw fr your parents money .i trusted niit but plz u dont trust them ..they talk sweet but inside they r golddigger and after putting lakhs you only get of 7k per month of placement ..### place ### people ### niit..

I have been with NIIT Vasai since 2013. My Subject was BSIM (which does not exist now, I was told by Ms. Ratna). The Grievances I have faced are as follows:
1) Every time faculty change (Faculty that were given to us literally had no knowledge.
2) Delay in Exams: Every time our exams were scheduled, we would come to the centre and made to sit for the entire day(Taking leave from work) and then told by Mr. Akshay that exams would not happen due to various stupid reasons. It got really difficult to get an off for the exams due to which there was huge gaps in my exams.
3) I have given the supplementary examinations so many times but it showed not cleared. How can we clear the exams if the faculty provided did not care to teach well and every time a new faculty would come he/she had no clue of what was going on in the last class.
4) I had encountered an issues with examinations, since i had scheduled them for evening after 6, while the exam was on the clerk just switches off the lights and my examinations do not get submitted due to which it showed failed.

Also please note the NIIT Vasai branch manager Mr. Akshay Rele makes a statement "If the vasai centre closes it wont make much of a difference to anyone, which he proves that we paid a fee of 2 lakh for absolutely nothing.

A request to either process my GNIIT Certificate or I need a full refund of the fees. I have been following up now for 4 years and the course does not even exist which ideally they should be giving me my refund.

I got admission in niit camac street, kolkata for post graduate degree in software engineering on 16.7.2018. I paid total amount of rs. 38941 including gst.
Within two days i went there to get refund as it is mentioned in their contract full refund within 48hrs as i got job i can not attend the course. They made me fill all the forms, i did all the formalities, they told to wait for 3 months now it is 20/5/2019, they are saying to contact people but no one is giving anything, they are harrasing my father, he went there. They are not giving the money back.

I have joined niit sapru marg lucknow branch on 17th may 2019 by paying rs 1000 but now due to some problem and not understanding what they taught on first day and the management was very bad on 1st day. But now the counsellor is saying i will not refund money but during admission she said that if due to some problem or not understanding what they taught you will get refund. But they are not refunding my rs 1000 which i gave through paytm.
