NIOS — amount deducted but admission in d. el. ed. not confirmed in nios | |||
Dear sir, I was filling up form of d. El. Ed. Teacher training and had had made a payment of rs. 4553.1 twice because it was showing that, "your transaction could not be accepted". But both time amount had been deducted and still admission is not concerned. I had tried to call many times to custemer care of nios and other numbers related to nios but no t any no is responding and its service is totally worst. I am giving the detail below. Kindly solve the matter quickly because as per govt order it is mendentry to admit every untrained teachers till 15.09.17 in d. El. End. Course of nios. Name jai prakash School name - aastha residential school of education. Add - konch, gaya, bihar Reference no - d[protected] Dise - [protected] Mob no [protected] Sbi debit card 622*0332 Pos[protected] Nios_citrus txn #[protected], #[protected] Date - august 25 2017 Kindly look into me the matter and do solve earliest because its the matter of once carrier. when principal of the school verify and confirm the admission only then your admission is confirmed and you will get message on your registered mob. no. from NIOS and you get your enrollment no. also.
when you filled the entries you filled the dies code of school. Now your work is finished go to the principal of the same school s/he will do the further procedure. no need to worry once amount is deducted don't try second time.

I have filled D.el.ed online application on 12 September 2017 and paid my admission fee Rs 4500 + Rs 45(bank charge) total amount =Rs 4545 by my SBI visa debit card . CITRUSPAY merchant (ICICI bank)had deducted amount Rs 4545 by transaction ID[protected] from by SBI account but NIOS did not receive the fee and my application status is - "Payment not made". Please take necessary action on my above mentioned problem and send the amount Rs 4500/ (four thousand five hundred only) to NIOS or refund the full amount Rs 4545/ to my SBI A/C no. [protected] IFSC code SBIN0007997 as soon as possible.
