Nissan — I'm complaining about Nissan Magnite not being delivered to me even after so long booking period

Dear Sir
I booked a Nisaan Magnite XV turbo in white shade on December 2020 at Raj Nisaan, Ajmer . The showroom committed to provide me the car till 28 August 2021 but when I went to check on, I got no response from their side, they said they can't provide it to me at the commited date. That car was supposed to be a wedding gift to my sister and I can't delay it anyhow. The Dealer asked me if I can go with XL but I don't want to go for any other options. Looking forward for your speedy action on the same.
