Dealer is charging an incidential charges of Rs 8000 before taking delivery.This incidential charge is not specified in the proforma or any other quotes.Please solve this issue as soon as possible as I'm holding the delivery of vehicle and I'm hereby attaching the statement of settlement which is issued by the dealer.

New Car Nissan Magnite XV which was delivered on 3rd May. Within 2 weeks it got breakdown 2 times.
1. Unable to start the car due Battery drainage not sure how it has happened for new car just in 7 days(i.e 10th May).
2.On 14th May I was travelling with family sudden it got break down middle of the road. Whole family was scared in the middle of the Road.
Please justify the above
I was not satisfied with your services as well and suggest you take reimburse the car amount or replace with new Car.
Car brought to the Nagole service center on Saturday around 5:20 PM but no one has communicated with me on the status of the Car .
Feeling ashame on the Service you are providing. You can responding only When I am approaching you.
