Nissan India — About service & spare parts of sunny vehicle

Dear sir, I have bought nissan sunny, I met an accident recently, for that showroom people are saying that we don't have spare parts from past 1 month, I was not able to use my vehicle, service people from Nissan india were seriously taking my issue, kindly help me out to give serious action on them.
