Nissan India — Pathetic after sale Service, Bad Quality products | |
Note that I had bought new car from Nissan (Micra Model) 4 years back which was my first car from Nissan total run just 50K KM. I had brought this car on basis of advertisements showing good performance, reliability& durability. But in very start I was being cheated by Nisaan dealer(Sky Nissan, Moti Nagar) as he took money for extended warranty but not registered the vehicle for extended warranty with Nissan. Now again I am being cheated in the same way as now parent company is not taking responsibility of sudden failure of parts due to inferior quality part being used.
I had purchased this vehicle on trust that Nissan is known for providing Durable Quality vehicle having global presence. Due to such kind of experience had with such big brand I had faced lot of mental harassment due to the sudden break down of Micra Car and moreover the responsibility shown from a reputable global brand Nissan is being pathetic.
Now I am being told to replace the parts and need to pay 1Lac as cost to replace the parts with which my car market value has gone to nil in less than 4 years. With such kind of experience on quality, reliability & service from such a big brand I cannot trust any more on this brand. Was this information helpful? | |
