Nissan — Issue with dealership

We had booked our car Magnite XV Turbo Premium in Neo Nissan, Moti Nagar on 31st December.
During the booking process it has been assured us that we will get the registration of Delhi. But now at the time of delivery they are retracting from what they said earlier and providing the registration o[censored]P. We really need a Delhi registration as there is Delhi govt ongoing LTC voucher scheme. I have been waiting for so long for this car. i am not happy from the Response which i got from the Neo nissan as they are directing us to cancel our booking from Moti Nagar and re book from somewhere else.& HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO SELL CARS IN DELHI SHOWROOM WITH UP GST.I have waited for 2months to get this car. No value of words which they spoke earlier.Its my humble request to look into the issue and give me a proper solution for it as soon as possible.
