It's been 10 months and counting (Booked on September 16 2021). Still haven't received the car I booked from the dealer(win cars private limited Nisson dealer at Nagercoil).
This month(June 06 2022) Dealer updated me that they got Magnite Non-Turbo XV onyx black variant (2 items) allocated for them and they will deliver this car by this month if I opt for it and also shared the price breakup. I did apply for the loan(second time) and it was ready in 2 days.
When I checked the dealer about my car last week(June 18th 2022), they updated me that the car will get billed this week(June[protected].
Meanwhile Agent from a Nissan dealer called me twice(1. whatsapp Chat, 2. Mobile call), and pushing me to a newer variant (XV Premium Optional MT Black) latest price (9.2 lakh = nullifying the price protection). I told them that I will go for the variant (Turbo/Non-Turbo) I booked.
When I checked the dealer about my car today(25th June 2022) Dealer informed me that the car is not yet billed.
I called the Customer Service Agent using(Toll-Free Number :[protected]. Nissan Customer service agent updated me that the car will be delivered to the Dealer from the Manufacturing plant within 15 days of allocation.
Customer Service representative updated me that this issue has been escalated to SSI.
This is the Nth time I am contacting Nissan Care/Customer representative/Dealer via (EMAIL/CALL/WHATSAPP) for the car i booked 10 Months back.
