Nissan Motors — Changing of parts and bad services

Respected sir ma'am,
I met with an accident on June 22 2014 in Delhi and my car Nissan terrano got damaged from the right side. I took my car to Nissan kaizen for servicing. They told me to come after 2 weeks but they didn't deliver it after two weeks then I went to take my car after one month and when I went for a test drive there was problem in airbag as what they told me. So they called me after a week when I went there the car was better then it was from the last visit. But after the delivery when I was coming from Delhi to Dehradun to where I belong the spare tyre stand hook broke off on the road so I called them from ghaizibad and they said sorry for the inconvenience. But when I came to dehradun and got my car checked from Nissan oberia so they told that the nuts and bolt were missing and the part was damaged, I was shocked as the part was in good shape when I gave it to kaizen Nissan. The other parts were also missing and a shocker mount was also damaged. I don't know why they did not change the shocker mount then and there, but they agreed to sent me the spare tyre stand. But other parts they said they won't be able to help. Now I m facing so new problems as they are sounds coming from shocker mount and steering wheel assembly. I feel they have not done their work properly. And if you don't believe u can ask the dehradun dealer service manager vikrant tiwari as he was helping me in dehradun. Please look into my matter as Nissan and their Delhi dealers have cheated me and I will suggest not to buy any car from Nissan dealers. I can send u some more pictures i[censored] want.
