Nissan Motors — Complaint about Nissan and their dealer Etco Nissan - Delayed Delivery | |||||
To whomsoever concerned, I booked a Nissan Terrano with Etco Nissan on Feb 11, 2017 after doing my due diligence on the vehicle and getting a confirmation from the dealer that the car would be delivered within 7 working days from the date of loan disbursement. My loan was disbursed on 27th Feb and On the 2nd of March when I followed up, I was told by the dealer that Nissan bills cars only on the 8th of every month and I will have to wait. They did nothing to speed up or escalate the problem. This dealer also has listed prices that are a minimum of 40, 000 higher than any other dealer in the city of Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. When I highlighted this issue, I was asked to come and meet their GM/VP at their showroom in Navi Mumbai. After I reached there i was made to sit for an hour only to be told that the GM is very busy. Since I booked the car as an exchange, they took my old car on Feb 15. However Im stuck with neither the old car nor the new car spending almost 600 a day in taxi charges since Feb 14. My queries to the company goes unanswered. My loan repayment starts in 2 days and I have no car after being very categorically told there is no waiting period. Since i have bought the car which is about 3 years, the service centre of etco nissan has kept servicing my car with in peculiar fashion.whenever i send the car for service for a particular issue they send the car back with a new issue, i have to then send the carb back, this goes on for about 1_2 months.
This time too this is ongoing, everytime the car is sent back newer and newer issues keep cropping up, the issues are so obvious that i am able to spot them within a minute and then i send the car back immediately.
Nissan complaint centre has been useless in helping.
I hope nissan india looks into this.
