Dear Sir,


I am booked a Datsun Nissan as 29.05.2016.


I have submitted the demand draft of Rs. 5, 11, 100/- of Punjab & Sindh Bank for the same. Also I have submitted Rs. 5, 000/- as registration charge. (copy enclosed)


After waiting of more than two month for the delivery of the said car I didn't get the confirmation from your company.


Further due to Non-availability of CNG I have cancelled the booking of the said car model from your company.


I would like to request you to kindly refund the said amount with interest as per rule.


The Details of the demand draft submitted with the above mentioned company are mentioned below:- (Copy of DD is enclosed)

Issuing Branch - Sector- 24, Noida


First letter I am submitted at your company for refund of above mentioned amount with interest as per rule. (23.07.2016) copy enclosed


Second letter I am submitted at your company for refund of above mentioned amount with interest as per rule. (04.08.2016) copy enclosed


Letter issued from bank for submitting the said amount with interest. (letter enclosed)


Please confirm me the status of my application for refund of my amount, how may times I have to submitted the application in your office & when I am get my amount with interest as per rule.


Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.
