Nissan Motors — Deficiency of service | |||
At the fag end of January 2017 my wife bought a Redigo top model (S) from orange nissan Shillong through bank loan, the bank has clearly instructed that after delivery the registration along with photo of handing the car to the customer should be submitted to the bank at the earliest, the dealer did not fullfilled this condition as required by the bank, the bank imposed a penalty on my wife by deducting Rs 5000/-per day w.e f 08/05/2017 why should my wife pay for this.
