Nissan Motors — Delay in delivery of new vehicle | |||
My brother-in-law booked a new nissan Magnite XE varient in silver colour in 25th December 2020 from sardar motors bijnor Uttar Pradesh for gift to his sister in marriage ceremony that held on 14th march 2021 . They promised to deliver the vehicle till April 2021 but they couldn't deliver the vehicle due to pandemic . After pandemic in August month they told me to change the varient to get earlier delivery i accepted his offer and change varient from XE to XL and deposited approx 3 lakh . But again he couldn't deliver my car . In last month of October i visited at dealership to know the status and he given me a new excuse that they already billed the vehicle in company but company couldn't provide the new vehicle and given me again a new delivery time till 30th November . Again i visited dealership just two days ago to know there is nothing to change i returned with same response . After deposit a huge ammount i have nothing till date . Please ensure the actual delivery date. I am waiting since last one year . I am very frustrated to get this type service . Please please Was this information helpful? | |||
