We had booked Nissan magnite XV Premium CVT Turbo on 17 Dec 2021 & the anticipated delivery date of the vehicle was 15 Mar 2022 & then was again updated as 15 Apr 2022. Till date we have not received the delivery not any updates on the same. The dealers are clueless about this & does not provide any firm response nor the reasons for the delay & infact we are told that the waiting period might be even extended to 1 year. Why are these games being played, is our time & effort not valued. As we see that via magnite, Nissan is trying to secure it's place in India and we blindly placed our faith in them but if this is the response, then I guess the company is really not working towards customer retention nor seems like they are even bothered to look into our concerns. Agree there might be challenges at your end but please do not commit & make people loose faith in your company. Please be firm in your commitment & do not make false promises. The least you can do is to either stop taking bookings prior or straight away communicate to us that you are impotent in keeping up your promises to delivery, in that way we can save our million dollar valued time. And still our question remains the same hoping to be answered that when will our car be delivered. Hopefully, the MD of the company is really looking into this & we have a solution soon.
