I had purchased Datsun go from Dwarka delhi in 2019 and since then I am facing some or the other technical issues with the car. Initally, car had missing issues and some time it's Odometer light use to go, when I raise complaint to nearest service center Jahangir puri youwe nissan they scanned my car and resolved my issue. After which fir few month car was running fine and then 2020 lockdown happened which was lifted in 2022 and then in middle all the issue which we were facing with the car are below
1) indicators stopped working
2) odometer lights went off
3) AC ALL 3 NOBS stopped working
4) car started missing and was running heavy
5) back door were not closing properly
6) lights were opening and closing automatically
When we highlighted this issue again with Jahangirpuri service center at first they denied taking the car and later post forcing they took the car but only worked on indicator part and handed over the car saying that this service center is shutting down and moving to Okhla delhi.
Later in Nov'22 we tried approaching Okla service center their phone was never contactable and later we wrote and mail to service team but to my surprise till date my car has been just been passed date by date to take to service center.
Last call I was even told that as I have never brought this car to Okhla service center I have to pay for all the service even if these are company born.
I need an answer if lockdown was my decision and giving faulty car to customer is problem. Was this information helpful? |
