Nissan Motors — Lack of accessories for service | |||
I’m Mohamed Rashid owner or Nissan Terrano KL-46-P-6660. I’ve booked periodic service at Pinnacle nissan motors Thrissur, Kerala. They didn’t give any time to come. When i arrived they said they can’t give car on same day and i argue and they accepted to give the car without washing I'm ok with that. After that they said they can’t remove the wheel because they don’t have enough repair kit. They said they do service without changing the brake pad, drum checking and alignment. I booked for service so i’ve to arrange the kit like that they say. I’ve arranged the kit from another service centre. This is not the first time i’m having problem with this dealership. In every periodic services i had problem with this service centre and i’ve complained so many times. In our district only one Nissan service centre is available so we don’t have any other dealers for periodic service. So I humbly request to Nissan motors that at least please check the dealerships whether they have sufficient materials for service. Was this information helpful? | |||
