Sir,
I am a existing customer of a Terrano vehicle .I purchased vehicle on 1 st January 2014 from Far East Nissan . I joined in your free check up camp on 29 th aug.2016 at Far east nissan Tinsukia . Last April 2016 i observed right side front door lock problem and complaint attended by the dealer technician.
Again same problem faced before few days. On 29 august when i complaint again this problem at that time dealer technician not ready to
solved the problem and argument with me and he tell me to contact with Nissan motors company . I want to know from you why this type of behaviour found
from Nissan company dealer staff . It is way of taking to customer .
