Nissan Motors — multiple problems with new datsun go

I have purchased a new datsun go and it has not been less than one month but i am facing multiple problems starting with its horn now suspension. Double indicator was not working since the day of purchase. The fuse of the horn went off 20 days after its use for which i have to pay, even if it was within warranty period. There is a odd sound coming out of its front door. Base of my car geta bumped at every speed breaker if 3 people are sitting at the back seat. Now i am regretting after purchasing a nissan product. I have to take a whole day off if i have to go to the workshop. The service is very delayed. Please help.
