Nissan Motors — Nissan tan chong penang malaysia worst service center | |||
Today there is call from service centre to delevery my car but found the alingnment is out and the car noise at the wheel side still occur... Im not sure how nissan can delevery the car in this condition. Are nissan managment try to play fool with customer??? I have came to nissan for more than 7 time due to same issue but not solve. I feel very desprate and make decision to publish nissan having a very bad and worst servise as i also need to bare the alignment cost all the time i came for this problem. I think the only way is media and facebook. I dont think that nissan have a very bad quality untill make customer missarable.. Now my car only 1 years old and the vibration looks like 10 years car. How nissan control the quality and take good care of customer satisfaction???. I think the whole people now around... I want the feedback from nissan by tommorow!!!. Nissan better paid for my losses!!! The manager nit showing and responce on this issue and as customer i spend my working hours and sitting in nissan till morning to evening like security dog!!!. Care your customer than it will increased your sales. Nissan prove that only focus for sales not for services. No point nissan hiring 1000 manager whereby cant solve one customer issue.
