Nissan Motors — Nissan Terrano started giving a major complaint within a year | |||||
Hi, On 19/03/2016 i purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because within 12 months and 15000km i got the wiring problem issue (Ml lamp replacement issue) so i handover my vehicle to surya nissan service station, electronic city road, bangalore (I purchased from this dealer) later analysis they said entire wiring need to be replaced, i was shocked and loosed all the interest over my terrano. It was my dream to buy suv type vehicle and after all analysis i purchased nissan product but this incident was totally disappointed me. Event after multiple service the problem is repeatedly coming on highways Now i am much worried about taking my vehicle on highways. And here is one of the biggest false quality statement from nissan "nissan aims to be a company trusted by its customers by addressing quality as a company-wide issue." Even reaching out to nissan customer care india doesn’t helped me. Totally they have cheated me by saying the no 1 quality vehicle. I request to all think before you buy nissan terrano because it is defiantly not suited for indian roads. Now i left with only one option that is consumer court.
