Nissan Motors — Non refund of booking amount after cancellation of the booking | |||
I booked an all new Magnite XL turbo in last year ie 2020. It's been almost 9 months but company failed to deliver me the car in spite of three projected dates. I have a family consisting of two small kids hence I was literally forced to go for another option. I cancelled my booking in September and dealer in Visakhapatnam, Lakshmi Nissan promised me that my money will be refunded to me within 10 days. However, it's been almost one month but there is nothing visible from them. I tried to call them several times but they didn't pick up the calls. I had visited dealer, filled the form and gave my A/c details to get my money back. Now, I don't know when they're going to refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
