The reply I got after all their enquiry confirming the purchage, in Japan no english manual moshiyake nai.First I was given by Ms.Yoshika .that is all for answer, how customer keepon calling for every no how.I was asked to wait for their call after 30 minutes got a call from Ms.Abe with same answer not listening my request I got upset I cut off.Latter felt sorry for uncomplete talk,
I called back, I was asked to wait for their call 3 hours past.
I felt dumped customer
