Nissan Motors — Painting complaint | |||||
Dear Sir I am using micra active xv since April 2014 vehicle number is KL 11 AU 4734 I am very happy with the vehicle. But very sorry to say that the painting service is very pathetic. Many times I have painted from evm calicut but I am very disappointed with their service. Colour is not matching many more pinholes or bubbles very poor finishing etc. Overall very bad service from evm nissan. Nissan brand is a best brand and the vehicle also. Unfortunately the vehicle is not suitable for calicut customers only because of the service. This is the first time I've raised a complaint against the service. May be the company is not looking the after sale services otherwise the company is not giving the proper training to the technical staffs of dealer service points. Please go through my service records you can find that how many times I have painted my vehicle. Every time the service advisor gives a commitment at the time of delivery WE WILL PAINT THE DOOR AGAIN PLEASE GIVE US THE VEHICLE WHEN YOU ARE FREE.
