Nissan Motors — Poor customer Service | |||
Hi I have given my nissan micra carTN09AL8569 for service & Insurance claim in chennai AVENUE NISSAN Guindyon monday 3/4/2017 .My service Advisor Mr.Vignesh&Sri Vidhya.THe complaint was to change the front Bumper And rear Bumper Which was promised to me delivery in 4 days Time on 6/4/2017.But they Failed To Deliver.Reason was spare parts not Available.As being a Financial year they say nissan store is closed. When They Are Aware Of Spare Sparts Not Available Why They have Not Informed me On That, I would Have Given My Vehicle later When The Spare Parts Available. Because Of This Everyday I need To Spend 1000 Rupees On Cab( Almost I have Spend 5000 Rupees On can in the last 6 days.Very Sad to know tht nissan company is not bothered about The Customer Pain, Still If Not Given Proper Reason I May be Forced To Take A legal action.
