The decision to buy a nissan redi go had been very painful. Within a drive of 10k km, there have been multiple problems like ac not working, brake issue, paddle issue etc.
Moreover the quality of service is pathetic and service teams are not bothered about customer concerns at all, even the escalation to gm service got wasted.
After escalation to nissan customer care, service center written apology letter for formality sake and no actions even after that.
I am fed up with nissan and it seems to be worst choice to buy a nissan car. Actually you should take back your car and refund my money, as it is almost impossible to deal with service people with so many issues in product. Was this information helpful? |
