Nissan Motors — poor quality of door lock and service by dealer | |||
Hi Team Nissan, This is to bring to your notice the poor quality of service done by Pinnacle nissan palakkad and poor quality of the dor locking system. I am an owner of Nisan Terrano and after every service we always suspected that the technicians did not do their job well but this time our doubts were confirmed. 1) Soon after service while on a trip to bangalore door locking system got jammed for no reason and with great difficulty it was rectified by our driver. Again today the door was jammed in palakkad for no reason and when we called the centre they were reluctant to send a technician saying that he was busy elsewhere and we struggled with the locking system and somehow it worked. 2) Soon after the current service the hazard lights did not work and is still not functional. 3)Radio had an issue too after the service but we were busy so did not complain till all this happened today.
