Nissan Motors — Poor Service

Nissan Team,
This is to inform you that I have purchased Nissan Kick in Jan.2020 from Neo Nissan Noida (Uttar Pradesh).
A.Currently on 25.06.2022 ( Saturday), the car shows starting trouble and showing the message " Check injection system error". Fortunately this happened inside the society and we managed to push the car to the parking lot. We called Neo Nissan around 4 PM and they advised us to send the car there. Then I called the GM service and He assured me that He will send a technician tomorrow morning at my place. (Please note that the same issue has occurred on 30.05.2022, within a week time after regular service of the car for which we have called RSA and the car was towed to Neo Nissan Noida thereafter they hand over the car on next day evening.)
On the next day Sunday, Technician come around 12 noon, check the software and able to start the car, then He told us that we have to found the root cause of this error as this is happening second time in a month so we will take your car to Noida Service centre and He took the car. The next day I enquired and they told me that we are diagnosing the error and we are in touch with the Nissan company for the fault and it will take 1-2 days. again the next day they told the same story.
Now on the 30.06.2022 (5th day) I called and said that I want my car back today in any case but still I haven't received my car back now I want to know:
1. whether I Have made a mistake to purchase a car from Nissan
2. Is this the after sale support system of the company ?
3. The dealer and company did not have proper experienced technical staff so they could not diagnose the default even after 6 days of extreme analysis.
4. I have purchased the car for my comfort or for the maintenance or to stay at service centre

B.Other than this issue, when I purchased the car, I requested the dealer to paint the roof with orange colour as per the top model and for this dealer told us the cost of 20000/- but after delivery we came to know that the dealer just pasted the orange color sheet not the paint on the roof, for which Dealer has charge such a huge amount.

C.Again in November 2021, when we complained that one tyre of my car is distended from the side and it is covered under the warranty so please get it replaced, but the dealer could not manage and the tyre company refused to replace the same. I have to purchase the tyre from outside and bear the cost. Unfortunately, within two months, the tyre got burst due to some sharp objects lying on the road and inspite of the fact that it is not the tyre fault; the outside dealer has changed my Tyre with a new tyre without any cost.

The above Three -four incidence shows the service level and I hope the company will understand my situation and resolve it.
