Poor service from evm nissan kottayam. They are pending the warranty work to next time. Service adviser‘s are also not interested to hear the complaints of the car. Painting and denting works are doing 2, 3 times because of poor quality. Car number is kl.38. E.599.. And the body parts of car started rusting within a year after purchase. But the evm nissan is saying that it is not there problem. And the wort replay from crm is „nissan cars will rust in one year. It is because of climate of our contry. „🤭they are telling that the warranty of the car also not cover for this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

We give car to authorised Nissan service center for doing works for getting warranty and perfection. I have some painting and denting work on my car and i gave to nissan Service center. They quote a huge amount and i accept it. But at the time of delivery after 26 days it was as how, we do works in local Garage s with out any perfection. I asked the manager of painting section ‘why it is like this ‘ he told me that, it is our limit of perfection . U cant expect more.☹️ . Now they are holding my service booklet and warranty and extended warranty book with service section. They are not returning it back to me . I maked calls more than 10 times to service advicer and crm . Still no response. They told me they ll call back after cheacking. Yet i didn’t received any call back.. This all poor behaviour happened from EVM nissan kottayam. So Costmers don’t be cheated from EVM nissan kottayam
